I’ve been wanting to join OTF for the past six months. Finally took the plunge, and joined with my husband. Every experience at the Newark and Christiana locations have been nothing but professional, friendly and extremely welcoming for someone who hasn’t stepped foot in a gym in five years. So far, it’s like a family environment without the cliquey nature you get at some prestigious gyms. Very impressed and glad we joined.
I have been at Orangetheory Christiana for almost a year. Each workout has been unique, and still challenging! I love how all fitness levels can get a great workout! The coaches and staff truly care about the members! Everyone, no matter their fitness level, should try this gym!
My future husband and I are very competitive. OTF gives us the opportunity to embark on our own fitness journeys together. The staff and coaches are excellent and the music is perfect tempo!
OTF Newark has been a life changing experience for me. It’s more than a gym, it’s accountability, a support system, and an amazing workout all in one. The coaches are incredible and helpful (special shout out to the 5am coaches, Kurt and Chelsea). If you ever get a chance, don’t be intimidated. Just do it and you won’t regret it!

I love Orange Theory Fitness! I am "workout ADD" and don't often stick with workout routines, but I'm 2 years into OT and still loving it. The workouts are always different which keeps it interesting and it's a really fun, supportive environment. The coaches are personable and get to know the clients, and they're always doing fun themes or challenges to keep everyone engaged. Highly recommend trying this out! You'll look and more importantly feel so much better if you do!
OTF has been such an amazing experience! The coaches are amazing, the music is fantastic, and I always leave feeling stronger. After an ACL tear and surgery, I was looking for something to help me get back into the swing of things. So about 9 monte post surgery I decided to give OTF a try. It has been life changing and I have started to feel like my old self again :)
BEST. WORKOUT. EVER. This studio is one of the biggest I've visited and the staff is so incredible. The coaches are extremely motivating and push me to reach my full potential. They come up with great workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable. Orange Theory has made working out fun again!
