The coaches are so motivational and helpful. They correct your form on the weight exercises so you don't get hurt but also optimize your efforts, and also encourage you to push yourself. It's also fun to see the splat points accumulate on the board.
My first class i took with Logan was great, she left an amazing impression on me she’s thorough detailed patient and communicates instructions very well. I also liked that the workouts are full body and incorporates cardio, strength and endurance training. I would like to suggest adding cycling, Zumba, and/or Pilates to workout routines or just add them as individual classes.
This gym was a game changer for me. Having social anxiety, I was intimidated by standard gyms. This place nixed it. The staff is encouraging and the workouts are challenging. I’ve gone from being intimidated to looking forward to my workouts. I highly recommend!
10/10 best workout I had in a long. Walked in to a wecome Judy sign. It was great and the instructor was awesome and explained everything. It was very clean and I loved the environment. I felt relaxed and pumped for the wokout. Definately recommend!
I get a total body workout and burn a lot of calories! The classes are upbeat and a lot of fun. The trainer tells you everything that you need to do and I don't have to think about how to structure my own
Customer service was on point. My name was displayed that I was trying out a class and the follow up and helping me through out the workouts was amazing. Communication was everything and Marissa the coach as well as the front desk representative were both awesome and had much information and were so positive. Loved everything about the experience!
I enjoy working out here weekly! The coaches really push you to do more and be better! I appreciate the support and confidence it gives me to go harder with my workouts! I look forward to the switch up daily of workouts, music, and enthusiasm that each coach brings!
Orange Theory is is managed by Emily, who is exceptional at her job, and a really nice person. Everyone else is just like Emily! The coaches are great at getting everyone engaged and motivated! I have had positive results already, and would highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone serious about their health, and anyone that enjoys having fun while working out! Very impressed!
