Such a great place to workout! The coaches are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and they care about you and your goals. Staff is super nice and always happy to see you walk in the door. Couldn’t think of a better place to workout with a coach there to support and encourage you the entire workout. Go at your own pace or push yourself. You’ll get what you put in!
Thanks Orangetheory!
From the moment I stepped into the Holladay Orange Theory, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm that set the tone for a fantastic first visit. The workout coaches truly shine here; they excel at explaining the nuances of the workouts and ensure that newcomers like me feel at ease. They encouraged a 50% effort for beginners to acquaint us with their unique approach, which I found both thoughtful and effective.
What struck me most was the careful attention to language and terminology used during the workout. The coaches routinely checked in, making sure we understood everything, which greatly enhanced my experience. It's this kind of attention to detail that makes a big difference, especially for those new to the fitness world.
The sales approach here is refreshingly different. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, no push to overspend on a membership. Instead, they focused on finding the right fit for each individual based on usage and need. As someone who appreciates a no-pressure environment, this approach was a breath of fresh air.
Beyond the excellent coaching and sales approach, the community at Orange Theory is something special. I initially had concerns about fitting in, imagining a uniform crowd of fitness enthusiasts in designer gear. To my delight, I discovered a diverse and welcoming group of people. The sense of belonging, community, and acceptance at this location is palpable. Men and women of various backgrounds come together here, united by a common goal of fitness and well-being.
The sense of community extends to the workout sessions as well. The encouragement and motivation from fellow gym-goers are truly inspiring. It's not just about individual goals; there's a collective energy that lifts everyone. This atmosphere has been a significant factor in my positive experience.
In summary, Orange Theory has created a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment that goes beyond just a workout session. It's a place where you feel a sense of belonging and community, and where your fitness journey is supported every step of the way. I am not only pleasantly surprised but also deeply impressed by the culture the OT team has fostered. It's not just a gym; it's a community where you're motivated just by being a part of it.
This place is so fun! Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I have never enjoyed exercise and have tried many different programs. I LOVE going to OTF and I love that they are a well oiled machine. Truly the best and most fun place to work out.
An amazing group of trainers and staff. Very encouraging. Always letting you do what you can. Plus a little more. I don’t want to give them high high ratings because I want to keep them all to myself!
Love coming back to this place! Took a hiatus but feels so good to be back and all the staff very welcoming. Great workouts with instruction, which is a must for me. Such good energy from the instructors to stay motivated.
Just recently joined OT in Holladay. The staff are all super friendly and this is one of the best workouts you can do. The staff really push you along and you feel great afterwards. You get out what you put in!
I love the music mixes (it's hard to not sing and jam along lol), I love how friendly everyone on staff including the coaches are and how fully invested in coming alongside you in your fitness journey. I bounce between here and the Trolley Square locations.
Something I'd like to see is the incorporation of a full-time dietician on staff or at least something in the app. I know that's 85% of a healthy lifestyle. I don't know what to eat and when. Most healthy food seems bland and off-putting to me or like a ton of work to cook. Even resources on the site would be beneficial as it seems my weight hasn't come off yet. I feel the muscles are trying to come through but the fat won't budge and sometimes I'm so frustrated, that I feel I undo it all by binge eating, but I will say this has improved since joining OTF!
I love the atmosphere and pushing myself to achieve a little more each time and taking it easy when it's warranted. Sometimes I will even surprise myself with all I have in me to earn the splat points! I've worked most with Coach Roc and Coach Rileigh - - the sweetest people! Come see for yourself. ☺️
I just love the staff and coaches at this location. They are so friendly and fun. All of the members treat one another like family. They are a very unique group.

Our server Wendy was amazing. Food was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite things about the food is that it was unique. We had an heirloom tomato pie and a pumpkin sorbet that were just so good. The outside seating looks amazing and so pretty.

I absolutely love this hike. Especially in the fall cause the maple leaves turn orange and red. The trial tracked on my watch as close to 9 miles than 7 miles. The bouldering near the top can be fairly difficult. Itâs steep. The views are very wort
Saw piano recital for grand daughter.. Comfortable large room downstairs with outside entrance. Acoustics were surprisingly good. They were great! And, the playground was great for the grand kids.
This park is not typical, it has a well known disc golf course that appears to be kept up and the park in general is in good condition.

This place lives up to the Bout Time reputation. It was Friday night and the place was packed, but as soon as I sat down, the server was there to take my order and within 10 minutes, I had my food. I went with the Philly, which was amazing. The beer
