Orangetheory Fitness - Gym in Lakeland - 1489 Town Center Dr, USA

Great first visit at OT while visiting from out of town. Tyler at the front desk was really kind and made the process signing up last minute so easy!

I have been going to OTF for 2-3 months. I tried other OTF locations near by. So far OTF Lakeland is best one for me. Staff are very helpful and responsive. Coaches are great and very supportive.

Wow, what a place! OTF Lakeland is a “gym” that is chalked full of energy! They staff are always there for you with an encouraging word and the support you need. I have a lot of injuries, so it is nice to know that they are knowledgeable and ready with alternative moves for when I can’t complete an exercise. I would highly recommend OTF Lakeland to anyone that wants a solid workout!

The staff and the coaches here at OTF Lakeland are amazing! They care about each of their members, and are always there to help you succeed in your fitness journey. They are friendly and welcoming to everyone that comes in the door! I am so happy to be a member here.

I can’t say enough about how OTF Lakeland has changed my life in the last couple of months! The coaches and staff are the best and every workout challenges you in different ways. Highly recommend!

It kills me in the best way lol. When I get tired and feel like I’m wiping out, I look up and see other people working hard and it motivates me to keep trying. It feels a bit like teamwork, but you can still focus on yourself. I always imagine we’re all powering a huge machine and I wanna keep doing my part to help. And I appreciate when the coaches correct my form. They do it in an encouraging growth-mindset kind of way. These skills will definitely come in handy when I’m trying to keep fit in the future.

This was my first time. Very friendly and very animated coach, she eased me into this. I was not used to coach-led exercise and wary about being forced to do more than I was capable of by a "drill sergeant." She did not hover over me, yet was watching my progress and encouraged me to up my game several times, which I did. It was a good first-time exposure to Orange Theory, and so I joined. Of course, it helped that my wife has been a member for 5 years!

Great experience. I finally decided to give Orange Theory a try and I'm glad I did. The free-tryout was simple to schedule. The workout system is really smart and well organized. The instructor provides clear directions and personal adjustments if needed. Transformation Challenge Time!
