Heart-pumping workouts and a different exercise routine every time I go to class. I burn at least 500 calories in most of my classes.It is definitely a motivating fitness experience for those seeking some good results.

Attended this location for few classes while visiting the area. Front desk- super friendly and helpful. Coaches were great. East to follow directions and engaging in class. Clean facility. I recommend this location.

Poor experience, very below average for OTF.. Head coach is very self centered and makes nonstop inappropriate comments and remarks to members during class. Staff is rude (especially the manager), coaches are low energy. Will not be returning here.

Excellent workout. Staff top notch. Been going for 8 months and enjoy it very much. Coaches push you.

I did my first OT class last November and have been hooked since. The staff , coaches and members are the best. The studio is super clean and the equipment is well maintained. This is NOT an easy workout but I look forward to every class and the personal growth I walk away with.

Love OTF! I’ve never been a big workout person, but went to 1 class to try it out and just fell in love! It’s not a simple easy workout. It’s tough and they push you and you really feel it during the class, but then afterward you feel excited that you finished and want to go back and do it all again! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try it out!

I love Orangetheory Metairie! I am happy to say that I have been consistent with the workouts since I joined as a founding member. The workouts are always different to keep you interested. The coaches are fantastic and the staff makes you feel so welcome. Give it a try!

I’ve been going here for about a month and I love it! It’s hard for me to stay committed to something especially working out but the staff, the music, the workouts just keep bringing me back! It’s a big deal when you book your next session as soon as leaving one- that’s how fun it is! I definitely would recommend trying a class or two because you’ll definitely get hooked!
