Are you the type of person that gets early before class to be able to pick a spot you like? Don't count on being able to do that in this location. I got in early as usual to Orangetheory Tysons and got greeted with a sign up list that was almost half full. I was initially naive and thought other people had gotten in early as well until I noticed people walking in to check in to be surprised that they were already checked into a spot. Absolutely disgraceful to disrespect members like that.

OTF Tysons is amazing! The workouts are always challenging and all of the coaches are incredibly helpful and supportive to all skill levels. I would definitely recommend joining OTF Tysons!

I'm a dedicated OTF member. I love everything about it - the variety of the workouts from day to day, the coaches that support your fitness goals and are always there to encourage you to push yourself so you maximize every min you are in the studio. Tysons location is great - it's big compare to other studios, the parking situation is perfect, the coaches are amazing and the front desk staff is always friendly!

Highly recommend the Tysons OT! Orangetheory generally is an incredible work out - great mix of strength and cardio, always different and challenging, allows flex for individuals to work at their own level but with the structure and accountability of a group. I've been doing OT regularly for >3 years and have tried other studios in the NOVA area. Tysons is, by far, my favorite. It's a big space so doesn't feel crowded even when classes are full, has ample parking, great location, good class times, and, even more important, amazing coaches and front desk staff. (I don't know where Brandon gets his energy but it's impossible not to leave feeling better than when I arrived!). There are a number of regulars who are encouraging and supportive, which makes attending classes even more fun. The class format is very conducive to trying OT (clear instruction, flexibility to do at own intensity, no complicated gear/terminology/moves required) and the studio takes extra care to guide anyone trying OT for the first time. I highly recommend visiting Tysons OT, whether you're an OT devotee or a newcomer or returning after a hiatus.

OTF is one of the best decisions I've ever made! The Tysons studio is great! The coaches are super friendly and motivating. The whole place has a really positive atmosphere. It's the best part of my day!

My husband and I have been attending OTF Tysons since November of 2020, and due to some big life changes this is our last week at the gym. I couldn't leave without giving a MASSIVE shout out to the amazing staff that make this Orange Theory the best one around. We have been to several other OTFs in the area and in other states, and OTF Tysons is the best by far. Here is a clear list of the pros of attending if you are on the fence: - Staff: Every single one of the coaches is amazing and motivating. Since becoming pregnant, the coaches have been so thoughtful in helping me with modifications of certain exercises. Quy, Jaime, Julia, Monica, and Michele you will all be missed! Not to mention the new front desk staff - they are so kind, welcoming, and professional! - Cleanliness: Other gyms can feel stuffy, overcrowded, or just plain dirty. OTF Tysons NEVER feels any of the above. The air is always cool and clean, all gym equipment is sanitized by members and staff in between each workout, and the layout of the studio allows for plenty of space between members working out. It is the best!!! - Schedule: The classes are scheduled at perfect times throughout the day to accommodate different working hours. We never had trouble finding classes that worked for us, and we were always motivated to attend. If you have always struggled with joining a gym, taking 1 or 2 classes, and then not using your membership again until you cancel months later, this OTF is the place for you. You will join, sign up for classes, TAKE THEM, and not regret it in a lovely cycle that keeps on going, until one day you realize how strong you've become! - The actual workout: I went from being a "runner" (I probably ran 2x per week for 20 minutes tops...) and very unfamiliar with weight training, to someone who feels very confident in any gym setting, just because of the variety of workouts I've put in through OTF. My husband and I feel healthier and stronger than we ever have. After two years, we feel that every single penny we put into being members at OTF Tysons was worth it. The benefits to your mental and physical health are just too good to pass up. Thank you OTF Tysons!!

Worst Studio Management Ever! Horrible customer service, very impolite unwelcoming studio manager. I’ve been going to OTF Tyson’s for more than 2 years now - the front desk is just too rude for an Elite member (unlimited membership). They always end up looking for ways to charge for late cancels - it does not matter whether you’re sick or for some reason can’t make it, they unapologetically charge you for late cancellations without worrying about their customer satisfaction. One of the evenings, when I reached after the 5 minute mark - the front desk said she wouldn’t charge me late cancel and yet there was a charge. When I brought this to front desk, it took the manager to call after some 3 weeks, who has no apparent sense of talking to their customer - ruthlessly said he will give one late cancel for future but can’t reverse the $12 charge 🤐 what type of system is this ? Versus I’ve been to other OTF studios in the country who generously let go of the late cancel if you reach late. Some have also allowed to attend the class even after reaching 5 min mark. The coaches are nice here but the studio manager just makes it difficult and provides horrible customer service. Should consider taking training on how to talk to long term customers, instead of making them feel unwelcome.

Hands down OTF is the ultimate coach led fitness gym.  In 5 months of joining OTF I have lost over 20lbs and feel the strongest that I have ever felt since my time in the military. I have recently traveled to Puerto Rico and was able to join in on activities that I have never done before like rock climbing, kayaking, and cliff jumping (if that's a thing). I could not have done this without the great coaches and OTF team at Tysons Corner. Hats off to Coaches Julia, Quey, Brandon, and Phillip!!
