Great facility, amazing crew and the workout is phenomenal !!! Fantastic selection of music. I was passing by on my way to Cleveland. I stopped by to get a workout. The process of putting me in a class was a breeze. This is one of those reasons why I love Orange theory.
The workouts truly work every part of your body! I am able to work on strength training and increase my cardio levels. Just as importantly, the workouts also build confidence and allow you to overcome mental barriers that can stop you from being successful at the gym! The coaches are amazing too- always encouraging and knowing what you are capable of even before you do!
I took a free class there and I love the fast paced stations. And the members and coaches there really try and make you want to work your hardest. It was a great experience! I hope to join soon.

I am new to the area so I needed to find something just as intense as what I used to do back in the City. The workout is tough yes, but without the guidance and encouragement of the OTF Coaches, it makes the workout ten times better. The community is also super supportive and team minded. It's good to have healthy friends.

I can see why this restaurant is so highly rated. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is indeed cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and personable. I definitely recommend trying this place, especially if you're new to Thai food.
