Orangetheory Fitness - Gym in Hattiesburg - 109 S 31st Ave #10, USA

Today marks one month since I joined orange theory and it has been absolutely amazing. I’ve seen the biggest improvements and love every coach and employee there. My favorite is Coach Landry he truly motivates you to give it your all and tells you good job by your name. They’re all so encouraging and helpful especially when I’m not doing an exercise properly I love being corrected so I know how to do it better. I used to never be able to speed walk let alone actually run now I go in and I run at least a mile every time and sometimes even two! It’s always been a huge goal for me and I achieved it in 3 weeks! The music also really helps its super pumping and motivating. They have a really cool air filtration system that like detects germs or something haha it’s pretty cool. It’s extremely clean as well! I love it here and especially Callie M. She is the best OT team member she’s helped me understand the point stuff and setting up the app she even helps me when she’s not at work which I highly appreciate of her! At first I was hesitate because I thought the price was higher comparison to other gyms in the area but this isn’t just another gym. This is a family these are personal trainers who guide you and really hold you accountable!

The staff and members at Hattiesburg OTF are so welcoming and uplifting. The coaches are always amazing and make you feel so comfortable and productive in every class. Highly recommend!

Been doing OTF in Hattiesburg for nearly 3 years and absolutely love the experience. I am especially grateful for the the coaches and their encouragement and their ability to help me with any needed modifications. It feels like I am coming home as each time I enter the studio, I am greeted by name and when I exit someone always tells me to have great rest of my day.

I love Orangetheory! Every workout is different. I am never bored and since I don’t know what’s next, I can focus on the moves in front of me. The coaches are knowledgeable and will correct your form. The coaches are kind and motivational. The music is a good mix of current and classic.

I’ve Been doing this for almost two months now and I can’t say enough GREAT things about this place. It’s not like anything else out there. The workout is always changing and you will never be bored. You will always leave sweaty and sore. The best part about Orangetheory though? THE EMPLOYEES!! Every time I walk in I feel excited to be there. I look forward to going to workout (FYI- Never in my life have I ever looked forward to going to workout) The coaches take the time to explain everything to you. They let you know when you are doing some thing incorrectly and they also are so uplifting. It’s soo worth it. If you are thinking about trying them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Your coach, Sara is AMAZING! She is high energy, motivating and knowledgeable. Thanks for this experience! The only thing is that there needs to be a mid-morning class around 9:30 or 10:00 for parents that drop off their kids and need a later stat time on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

The coaches do a great job motivating me and keeping me pushing myself to give it my all! It is the most efficient and effective workout I’ve ever done and I always feel great the rest of the day after my workout! I’m so thankful for my Orangetheory family 🧡
