Scam. The sales (Ravi Kohli) and his manager come in and offer $50/month plus $0 installation fee. End up with $55 plus $99 installation fee. A $173.38 bill. Billing team can’t fix it. Sales team kick me back to billing team. The sales person still busy or working on it. Spending 3 hours talk to billing team or sales team. Very disappointed

The sales staff member , Ischia who assisted me through the transfer of my business phone number along with swapping my home phone as a second number onto my mobile phone all well saving me money was phenomenal. I was present in the store in Bethpage on several occasions during this process and observed some other customers who were quite difficult. Your staff at the store remained professional and calm while addressing these customers doing all they could to assist the customers.

This visit was shocking. The person that took care of exchanging our broken cable box, took us immediately, and had us in and out in 5 minutes with a new one! Months ago I stopped in to pay my cable bill with a check since my credit card had to be reissued. I was there for over half an hour. I guess that's why I appreciated this last visit so much. Our person this time was quick and professional.

Is there a 0 this is the worst company to deal with. We are now going on 6 visits to fix the fiber optic issues. Dealing with this company is a disgrace and when you escalate it dealing with people like Anna Gonzales they read out of a play book Oh I'm so sorry. My id #is 413235 some one was by my house for the fifth time today and 1 hour after he left I had NO service. if you need anything else contact Maria she answers to the CEO what a joke. You guys should go out of business tomorrow. What's more frustrating is your response you have my name you have my case number pretty soon you will have your boxes back. you can call me its just another day for me without tv.

Don't ever use Optimum service. Don't believe the 60 day guarantee. They billed me never sent a bill. I disconnected and they charged me late fee's and the bill. When I returned equipment last told me I have Zero balance. Never again with Optimum

Plenty of parking but entrance is on the other side of where you first drive in. Apparently the first entrance is not used, even though it has a handicapped accessible sign. Keep driving around the back and the side to find the real entrance and handicap parking. Inside, the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The interior is inviting and spacious now, not like their Roslyn location or the old Bethpage location. I’ll definitely be going to this lovely new location for all my in-person cable needs.

We are so disappointed with our Optimum service. We have been loyal clients of Optimum for 7 years. This past month we requested the new high speed service optimum offers. The Optimum service guy (Brian) installed our service last weekend. Our service has been perfect for the past week. Then this morning our server was off. We noticed that the cable guys were at our neighbors home this morning at 10am Aug 13th in west bury NY. So we called our neighbor and she said the Optimum service guy has connected her service. She also said that BRIAN was the person that connected her service. We told her of our situation and she said that BRIAN will be over for our concerns. BRIAN came over and realized that he made a mistake and cut our FIBER (or something like that) . Brian stated that it was his mistake. Then we requested that he should fix it. So, he called his supervisor while we called the Optimum rep in a 4 way convo to get everything handled. At the end of the convo his supervisor and BRIAN said that he will be back in 3 hours to take care of the situation because he had other appointments to fill at the moment. He also said that he could fix the problem within 15 minutes. We agreed to that. Brian left and we trusted that he would come back. Over three hours had passed and No Brian, no call back, and no concern of our situation from his supervisor. Then we got a text with an order stating that someone (not Brian) will see us tomorrow about the situation. Of course we were upset and called Optimum costumer service. They had us on the phone for hours telling us that we will be out of cable and wireless service today until tomorrow till the service person comes over. Then the Optimum rep said we will be out of Optimum service for a week (cable and wireless) until the 20th! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! We called BRIAN again (now its about 5pm on Aug 13th) and now he tells us that it's not his mistake but its Optimum's. This is a totally different story of what he told us this morning! We are really disappointed with this optimum service and how we were treated as loyal clients. Now from the results of it, we won't have cable or wireless service for 7 days! We work at home online! we are losing money and missing deadlines over this situation! this is highly unacceptable!
