In LA my experience was great. The plane was late arriving and as a consequence it was extremely busy just trying to get through customs plus the data on my phone wasn’t working. Eventually heard from the driver. Told him the situation and he waited for me to arrive.
The return trip was smooth also, driver arriving five minutes early for pick up. Got notifications okay.
However, when in San Francisco experience completely different. The pick up location on app wasn’t working. Contacted chat and got whole heap of run around with driver apparently unassigned.
Could have just told me pick up location cause driver was waiting. Asked where I was waiting but this info not passed on to driver, it was only that the car drove past and I was able to hail him down on the second round.
On returning to the airport, I was notified, only after I made contact that my ride would be cancelled! So I had to organise something else last minute at double the cost.
They also fail to realise that international customers do not have local contact numbers and may not have international roaming. Even after you tell them please use WhatsApp.
It depends what city you are flying in and out of as to the level of efficiency.
Their customer service however was pitiful.
Scheduled a trip from a motel on Figueroa to LAX for 5 am, set alarm and went to sleep. At 5:10 the driver called to notify he was on the way. Picked me up right at the curb. He was friendly--not chatty--and got me to the correct terminal efficiently, for $10 less than the estimate for a "possibly delayed" Uber.
SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO GET AN UBER OR LYFT--THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH IT. I scheduled and paid for a ride to LAX three days in advance. Opoli set a pickup time and even assigned a driver for my reservation. On the day of the reservation, the driver was already going to be 45 minutes late in picking me up before he even left. What was the point of scheduling a pickup time then?? Opoli customer service asked me to “please wait until the pickup time” to mark the driver as a no-show, or they wouldn’t give me a refund. They also wanted me to know the driver *could* still make it in time, ignoring that they and I could see with tracking that the driver was never going to be nearby on time. I ordered an Uber and got Opoli to cancel my reservation with a lot of difficulty. You get what you pay for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY—THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE
We have used Opoli for two round trips to LAX from north San Diego County. All four trips, the drivers were professional and punctual. The cars were all clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Opoli.
Jetblue changed our times 6 times, between 1 to 3 hours past our original time RNO to LAX. Our opoli driver kept track of all the changes and ended up waiting over an hour for us. He made sure where we were needed to be, and we basically made it to the curb at the same time. Very nice and professional. The company really seems to care if your ride makes it and has several confirmations including a call from their dispatch as well as the driver. Will definitely use again.
Couldn't give it zero stars avoidcat all cost use any other ride share company will not show up and offer you a replacement driver at full cost so happy to double charge for no service provided and leave you abandoned with no means of transport .

First time user. Will definitely use again. Our flight was late but Ricky kept us up to date by text on where to meet.
Stay away. Could have been home in the 45 mins i spent waiting (if chose Uber,Lift, Taxi. etc) App may look good to start but useless as you need to call in anyway - then 'dispatcher' just conferences in Driver- who misrepresents current location and ETA (sometimes we call that lying). Map in app that is supposed to show tracking on driver - is further designed to deceive as driver controls location posted not actual location.
Also, they add unapproved costs- Tip, pass fee, fuel fee, airport fee- all on top of booking fee and only revealed on final receipt.----
