This is one of the sweetest small businesses in Johnson City! Loved the atmosphere, the prices were fantastic, and the coffee is GREAT! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a local cup of coffee, iced or hot. The drive thru is also very fast!
Warm, homey atmosphere, great food and delicious coffee! Open doors egg bowl was great. My 2-year-old got a plain waffle and loved it but I’d really like to try any of the gourmet waffles! They look amazing. Would also definitely recommend trying the lavender white mocha iced latte!!
Very nice experience! Quiet, clean atmosphere, with friendly staff. Unique variety of items to eat and drink. My wife ordered the lavender mocha latte with the Open Doors Egg Bowl. My son got a waffle. I ordered the Little Chicago Egg Plate. Everyone’s good came out quick, it was fresh, hot, and really good! We’re all happy, highly recommend!
I was surprised to learn that Open Doors had such a robust breakfast menu 8 to 1 on the weekends. I was even more surprised by their sausage, gravy and biscuit. Two biscuits with generous gravy and sausage on top for 5.50! They are the best biscuits in Johnson City right now. The gravy felt and tasted ‘home made’ and it came with two sausage patties chopped on top. If you are looking for breakfast look no further.
Maybe I went here on an off day. But nothing on the food menu was actually available. The grilled cheese was off, and even the toast order was wrong. Coffee was fine I guess, but the interior was cold. I'm not a local so maybe it's usually better.
On Wed July 12, shortly after 1 pm -Two cars in the parking lot, no one in the drive thru line, waited 10 plus minutes at the drive thru window for a chicken salad sandwich that was barely fit to eat…but I was pushed for time getting back to the office so had no choice…will not go back ever again. Who throws tortilla chips in with a chicken salad sandwich that took too long to make? There is no excuse for that.
Delicious breakfast and Belgian Leige waffles. Highly recommend the Specialty Egg Bowls. Very kind and friendly employees. Plenty of space inside and outside to sit alone or in a group to enjoy your food/coffee. Lots of parking available and a drive thru.

I come here all the time to get sandwiches and coffee for the guys at work and they love it. The location is clean and theyâre consistent with each cup. Not only are they really nice and accommodating but the food and baked goods are great.
