My friends and I stay a couple times a year at this amazing hotel. Rooms, restaurant and pool are beautiful. The location is perfect. We love that we see friendly faces each year. Ashley at the pool takes great care of us and is always happy to welcome us back. Thanks for wonderful memories and we will be back soon!

This resort is AMAZING!!!! It was our 3rd time back and they treat you like family. From the minute you check in, the staff is welcoming and friendly. Juliana is fabulous, always a smile! The rooms are neat and clean and beautiful views of the ocean. Tyhe pool staff is friendly and accommodating! We love Ashley, Sylvia, Brooke, Joe and Brunel. They are awesome! Drift is amazing, again staff is friendly! Liza and Nievens and in room dining is awesome too. The spa is very clean and April is great for facials and Gio is the best massage person I have ever had!!! This is a fantastic hotel, great location and service is stellar! We already booked to go back in April. Super family friendly!!! A special shout out to the GM Julia Phillips, who also provided a complimentary upgrade to our room and provided a charcuterie tray, cookies, milk and a bottle of wine with a card welcoming us back and wishing my daughter a hapy birthday!!!! Do yourself a favor and book this hotel, you will not be disappointed!!!

We recently celebrated our 5-year anniversary here, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel lobby and restaurant were even more beautiful than they appear on the website. The décor is stunning, and it really set the tone for our stay.||From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Our room was nice and clean, though we did notice a bit of a musty smell upon entering. I believe it may have been due to the AC being off prior to our arrival. However, after notifying the front desk, someone came to inspect the room within minutes, and the issue was resolved quickly. After a few hours, the room felt fresh, and we were able to fully enjoy our stay. ||A special shoutout to Jodi, our server for breakfast at the Monkey Bar. She was super sweet and attentive, making our mornings that much more enjoyable.||I highly recommend Opal Grand Resort for anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, especially for special occasions.

Beautiful hotel with a personable staff. Stayed off season & booked a standard room. The room was dark & had a concrete wall outside the sliding door. Called to inquire & was told that all standard rooms have the wall lol I usually book standard & never had a full wall in front but ok. So she said I could upgrade for an additional nightly charge. Of course I took it. Was moved to a room with half of wall & roof view lol. At that point we were tired from travelling & did not want to move again so we just stayed there. The pool seems small for the amount of guests. And the next is just a personal preference. They have a Nespresso machine in the room instead of a regular coffeemaker. Espresso is a bit much 1st thing in the morning & it doesn't allow you to have tea in the evening before turning in. So the hotel is beautiful, the location is on point & the staff really delightful (esp Daniel). I would say if none of those issues matter to you, than this is would be a place for you to enjoy!

Fabulous resort with the most fantastic staff. Service with a smile and beautiful hotel. Food and drink was also great. We had a fabulous relaxing stay with first class staff taking care of our every need. Great location across the street from the beach and walkable to town

A wonderful experience, room was great and had everything you could want. I loved the refrigerator if was better that most hotels. . The pool is awesome and the swings in lobby are a fun spot for photos. This hotel has it all, you don’t want to leave

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Juliana during my recent stay at Opal Resorts in Delray Beach. Upon my early arrival, my room was not yet ready, which was understandable. Juliana, however, went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Juliana's professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service truly embody the Opal Resorts standard. Her actions made a significant impact on my stay, and I am grateful for her kindness and exceptional hospitality.

I do not recommend this hotel to anybody!!!!! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely rude to us. Management was very disrespectful when she spoke to my wife. I asked her politely to apologize to my wife and she refused. She gave an excuse as to why she doesn’t want to give my wife an apology and embarrassed us in front of customers downstairs in the main lobby. Was absolutely disgusted. They also told us they had to charge our card again due a computer system change which was odd? A honeymoon is something that you should remember and we will only remember it as a NIGHTMARE for the rest of our lives. Service and attitude of everyone there was severely below par. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
