OPA! Modern Greek Cuisine - Greek restaurant in Frankfort - 10235 W Lincoln Hwy, USA

Food was very good! We each got an appetizer, main meal, and shared a dessert. All were very good. We each got kabobs for our main dishes, it came with rice & potatoes. The dessert was delicious. The service was very good as well! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet.

Love this place! Everything I had was amazing, our server was great. Definitely will be coming back. Worth the hour drive. Authentic and delicious!

Very nice restaurant very inviting and relaxing. The saganaki lived up to its nam Opa! The mixed seafood grill was very fresh and light, especially enjoyed the abundance and flavors in the combos far more than anticipated 😋 and they re-heated well. Our waitress Becky was charmful and helpful. If there was one spot to improve on were the drinks... the sangria was off and needed some doctoring and my espresso was a tad weak. Will definitely consider going back for one of the other main dishes 🙂

The girls were in the mood for Greek and we didn't want to go to GreekTown so we chose somewhere close. We sat on the patio which is super cute and cozy. Our server Mark was very informative and accommodating. We like to try different things so we each chose an appetizer - the Beets, Red Pepper and Feta, and the Grecian Rolls. Everything was super fresh. The red peppers had a nice little kick to them but it was offset by the creaminess of the feta. The Grecian Rolls were egg rolls with gyros meat served with a side of tzatziki that was very tasty. Probably one of the best I've had. For dinner we continued on with the sharing and we all tried the Avgolemeno soup and our server made us try the Greek salad without the Romaine. Fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Pepperocini peppers, tons of oregano, Feta and olive oil. This salad was terrific. For drinks I tried the Cucmber Basil martini and the girls both had Sangria. Overall, we had an awesome meal on a wonderful pation with great service. We will be back!

The food was absolutely delicious. It was our first time trying OPA! So I had to order the sampler plate—to try as many different dishes as possible and I was very pleased. I just want to give a moment for the lamb that was the best lamb I had, actually I usually don’t eat lamb but enjoyed theirs very much. Large amount of food on this plate can feed 2 easy. Will be back with some friends and family in the near future!

I’ve been to several of the best Greek restaurants in Chicago and OPA! is better than them all. It’s beyond delicious and authentic (to the point they have Greek salt on tables!). The OPA combo is such an incredible deal for the massive amount of food you get (definitely shareable!). One trip and this restaurant has become a new favorite (sorry Chicago)!

Food: *** Service: ***** Ambiance: ***** Price: ** The Avgolamano soup was authentic, the Saganaki was very, very good, but they didn’t light it at the table, darn. That’s the whole fun of it. Prices very high. Service was very good. If you’re familiar with greek food and like the taste and flavors, you’ll like this place. If you’re not familiar with greek food, you may not like some of the dishes. Ambiance was very good, very greeky feeling with whites and blues from the islands. We live in town and wanted something different. This fills that void in Frankfort. Update: 2nd visit in one week. Took the parents to try it, all was good, added some new pictures, price for 4 people only 1 wine was $138. less tip. It’s very expensive, I would say at this point it’s cheaper to dine at Coopers Hawk or even Francesca’s both well established restaurants. We like the food, some minor gripes about preparation, but it’s nice to have local Greek food in town. Will go again for that delicious Saganaki! Update 2/14/23 It’s hit or miss here, one day you get a good meal, the next time it’s not the same. It’s so inconsistent. I ordered an Avgolomano soup one time and you get a large bowl of soup, the next time it’s a much smaller serving or tastes completely different. You never know what you’re getting here. If you like something, and go back another day for the same, rest assured, it won’t be the same. It’s a shame you can’t trust the food quality or portion sizes here. The only constant is the Saganaki.

First time going. My family and I enjoyed the food and our waiter was really nice. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. They would only take reservations for 5 or more people. It's really easy to find the restaurant. I would go back OPA again.
