Horrible experience here this place has so much potential it seems like the woman manager while everyone else does not .. especially housekeeping in the housekeeping here needs to get fired I cannot believe they said they've had housekeeping the same people for years p and I'm the only one to complain that is outrageous.. they don't even clean the rooms it feels like straight found shards of drugs on the floor next to my toddler and for them to have them to condescend me...

Always a pleasure to stay there great rooms .....great hosts....very respectful and considerate towards my needs and they always make my visit pleasant and comfortable.....great customer service.....

I cancelled 24 hours ahead of time and I did not get reimbursed. If a huge hotel can take money from a single mom after promising you’d cancel then there is no integrity here. Be prepared for bad reviews on every social media page. Terrible customer service.

Attended a wedding reception at the nearby banquet hall, thought having a hotel in walking distance would save me a ticket, or ya know, dying driving after an open bar 😜 and this was the only place within a few miles that I could reserve. Showed up, nobody around, rang the bell and waited maybe 3 minutes. Totally acceptable. The desk clerk threw a form at me for car info but didn't explain or ask for anything....just pushed a postcard under the window at me and turned away... got my room and everything there was decently clean, but when I turned on the shower after hours, the head either was broken or not put on correctly and erupted out the side shooting water up at the ceiling and went everywhere.... walked up to the overnight window but nobody was there and no answer to ringing the bell. Decided to sleep it off, and even though checkout is at 11, housekeeping banged on the door at 10 basically throwing us out. We were gone in a few minutes anyways, but there really was no part of the stay that went right. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because as grungy as the area and property seem at first glance, I didn't see a single roach spider or ant anywhere. If you just need a cheap, clean bed for the night and will leave in a hurry, this place will do fine.

I never stayed there but my friends have and it seems cool. They've cleaned it up over the years. They say good things so from visiting them I'd say if necessary I'd book a room there.

Nice place to stay. It's clean, quiet and reasonably priced great location liar to everything anyone could want or need within a block or two .

The room was ok, not the cleanest or kept up. It's more like an apar**ent complex and the way it's set up has the mostly permanent tenants all hanging out outside and a lot are too interested in the newcomers than they need to be

Rooms looks really nice. Super convenient location with the airport. Planes and and trains were really quiet inside the rooms. The bed I had was a hard king sized spring mattress. Feet are a little dirty from walking around in the room. Pool was closed due to Covid.
