I went to Temple University for computer science, and also have degrees in search engine optimization. The majority of my time was devoted to helping the Sunshine Foundation setup all of their technology infrastructure. I have a business that uses QuickBooks and QuickBooks POS for our retail walk in customers. I spent 4 hours on a Thursday with Quickbooks tech support. They said they could not help me, my POS would not install or open on one of the workstations we use to check people out. I also googled for a few hours to try to figure it out myself, as a small business owner sometimes you need to be everything, I.T., Marketing etc. etc. In complete frustration I googled local tech support and I just called the first person that came up on the list. That company did not answer the phone and I was listening to a computer ask me to press this or that. I luckily looked more closely at the listings and decided to call OnSight Technologies, Brian answered the phone. I explained to him the first half of the day on "tech support" and he said I can help and logged in to my workstation and just fixed it within about 40 minutes. I am going to speak with him more today to try to do a general look over on all pcs to head off a problem before it is one. Service still exists out in the world sometimes...Thank You.
Brian is proficient, easy to work with, knowledgeable and performs excellent customer service. He is the consummate team player and IT partner. Whether it’s cloud technology, Office 365, server or desktop requirements, I enjoy working with Brian and most importantly, he is never too busy to take a phone call.

Brian has a vast knowledge of computers and network issues. He had us up and running in no time after MS Win 10 up locked out multiple workstations from the server. Also repairs my issues with home computing as well. I send everybody to Brian!
Brian was very helpful with my computer needs. My computer was hijacked by scammers. I learned a valuable lesson and he was helpful with everything I needed and restored my computer like knew .
