OnPoint is quick to respond to our needs and most often are able to fix the problem remotely. The staff is always courteous and more than willing to help. We would say that "SERVICE" is their game!

Although they were able to replace my laptop screen, they cracked the screen plate that goes around the screen. Not a professional job. (see attached pictures) Payed around $250 to replace a $70 screen to just make my computer look like a piece of junk. Would not recommend.

OnPoint is always incredibly helpful. If they're unable to fix something while on the phone, they fix the problem and call back or email me as soon as it's been taken care of, which I really appreciate!
