Dude, I love the menu selections great size portions great flavor for the sauces. I got the mixed plate with some teriyaki chicken and teriyaki ribs and some shrimp. The rice, the macaroni everything was perfect.

The food is outstanding. Macaroni salad is my favorite. I love the rice and the beef. Next time I want to try the fish plate.

First time experience was ok, but not great. The macaroni salad was the best part of the meal. Rice was fine. Katsu chicken was intresting, some parts of the "chicken" were so thin it resembled baloney lunch meat, pretty gross. Staff was friendly but took a long time to revieve our order.

I love the food from Ono, always awesome customer service at literally every Ono location I’ve been too. Except for todays. I went up to the register to order my food, the guy behind the register (picture above) completely ignored me and took the order of two other customers who were standing behind me in line. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager and he laughed and said “I am the manager “ . Most frustrating visit I’ve ever had in Ono. Will try other Hawaiian bbq establishments from here on out.

I am in disgust with this bathroom.... like it's so simple to keep things clean!! Gross! Never ever coming here ever again. I could only imagine how dirty the kitchen area is. Do better than this!! Bathrooms should be checked more frequently due to how nasty this is!!

Who doesn't love their Maccaroni Salad?? But honestly, their food is so tasty and the portions are filling. I just wish I had one closer to home so I could get it more often! Only reason I only gave 4 stars, is cause we ate at the place and it was really drafty everything the doors opened. Honestly, it is probably fine when it's not winter in Aeizona lol

Food came out quick! Maybe it was the dinner rush maybe it was the employees who do a great job of handing all orders. Either way great experience at this location. Wish all were like this!

Came here on Halloween in costume and got the $5 chicken aloha plate offer, which is a really nice discount. Normally, those plates are twice the price or more. We got our absolute favorite, spam musubi. The rice is freshly made and warm, and the sauce and spam are perfect. I tried the crispy shrimp for the first time and loved them. They're big and crunchy.
