Ordered 2 chicken dinners and one combo with beef. Prepared and served hot off the stove. Beef was tender. Overall, excellent flavor. Succulent to the last bite. Love this brand. Customer service is always pleasant. Good staff. Restaurant was clean and well kempt. Great job MP.

pretty decent experience and standard at all of the chain's restaurants. ordered the Kahlua pork, which cost 50 cents more. but disappointed that it didn't include cabbage. it would also be nice if they had chili pepper water. Sriracha is not quite the same.
Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Monterrey Park is a fair place for a quick bite.. their food lacks consistency, flavor sometimes the chicken taste dry... it's up to you yet its overpriced for the serving portions
The food is always delicious and the price reasonable. Plenty of food. I am always able to have leftovers for the next day. Food is not greasy.
On the Katsu Chicken Mini Meal they only give One Katsu Sauce, not even Two!!! They pile on the cheapest ingredient which is the cabbage. Only one tiny piece of broccoli a tiny scoop of rice and a scoop of Macaroni Salad. NO Soy Sauce!! This was from UberEats!!! Not very good in my opinion. UberEats doesn't have the Special Instructions option anymore! That really sucks also!!!
This place no good. Plate tastes like Hispanic version of Ono. Has no Hawaiian love. Just generic plate of overcooked chicken. I look forward to their steamed cabbage. So I always ask for extra cabbage. This cabbage is chopped up by inexperienced cooks and served raw. Chicken is over cooked. I got chicken skin in my bbq chicken plate. Never been served skin on a ono plate before. I don't know what to think?? I asked her if her menu has mini plates and she said yes. When I open it it's a full size plate. Shocked me. I don't think she knows other locations have mini plates. She just sold me the reg plate. A no go.
I really eating at Ono Hawaiian BBQ they mske everything fresh to order. I especially enjoy the grill chicken it's really good.

Had their lunch special. Overall very good. Monkey brain was huge, the spicy tuna roll was really good. The Michelada was the weakest thing I had there.
