This location is nice and the staff is great. The members however can be an issue at times. There are some good and not the best ones. There's even some that may falsely accuse you of things while you're minding your own business. Yeah I had that happen to me. It's not cool and definitely not fair at all even if you have every right to be there as well as others. I thought this was a safe location but I could be wrong. May have to drive extra for better locations in the future. It's definitely not fair since here I am like many others just here to try to take care of myself and my mental health, along with minding my own business just to have other members ruin the experience.

I do not recommend this club to anyone! My patience is over! This club tries to take my money from my card every month. Despite the fact that I have not visited this club for a long time and am not its member. to my letters They don't react. The employees just shrug their shoulders and say that they don’t understand what’s going on. I'm tired of them constantly wanting to take my money for not going to the club. It seems that Soon a lot of people will turn to lawyers. If you don't want to lose money, never come to this club.

They have this MixxFit Class there that is amazing. The instructors name is Trina. She is feeled with energy and the best music. I love that the other MixxFit Instructors support one another. If you are looking for a great time, great music, great energy and a full body workout through dance and fitness then this place and class is for you

So, I am a member of one life I have been one for a while. The gym is fine. The staff is fine, though don’t appreciate having paid for tanning for as long as I have and I don’t use tanning considering I’m a black person. But my real reason for this review is the experience I had just December 6, 2023 1 p. m. when I was sitting there minding my own business taking a call after my workout while my phone was charging because the outlet that I used to charge my phone during my work out wasn’t working and did not charge my phone. While, I was almost done with my call. I was sitting near the locker room between the door and a stairway. I was not in the way. I was pushed all the way back, and I was sitting back with my leg crossed, a man in a long sleeve, brilliant, blue, non-hooded jacket With a blonde military type haircut walk past and kicked me. He kicked me on purpose and he kicked me with purpose. I know because he did not break his stride or acknowledge that anything happened, and he kicked me on my high foot. He kicked me on the leg that was crossed over the other one not the one that was on the floor so that meant he raised his leg to kick me and he kicked me hard. It was witnessed by two people both came and spoke to the police. I feel as if this matter should be handled by one life and the police as a HATE CRIME because giving the nature of the situation, him being a white man and me being a black person who does not know him, I did not make any eye contact with him or any communication at all before he kicked me…having walked past and kicked me on my ankle that was OFF THE FLOOR… LITERALLY MEANS a HATECRIME occurred on the premises of this OneLife. Because it was a hateful criminal offense. That was witnessed by two white people who never met Me, And voluntarily spoke to the police On my behalf. I cut the hair of many officers others in PTC. And I have NEVER BEEN treated like this since moving here.

Just joined this gym. Wow what a great facility. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, which makes for a great experience.

Worst gym ever ! Prices are good but they always charge you extra from your account and when you ask the reason they will ask to you to get in contact with customer care which never responds ! If you want to quit your membership you will have to give more than 10 proves which is very stupid. They charge you extra money if you want to quit. Don't even think about joining this club

Drinking water always worm why because it's broken and it's not filtering water pulling machine cable conduit pilling off and rough to pull the other day people was complaining pool was dirty and was Monday or Tuesday and I changed my mind to swim. Biggest issue is drinking water they have to fix it it's warm beacause cooling fan itsnot working inside and want cool water bypassing whole system and unfiltered water coming out. If it's all fixed 5 stars guarantee thx
