Visiting family for the holidays, and my husband and I came here to keep up with our workout schedule. The layout, diversity in equipment, amount of equipment, and all the amenities... A+! We came today using their complimentary 1-day VIP Pass, and we loved it so much that we're getting a weekly pass to come back everyday until we go back home. Highly recommend you give this place a try!

I love the gym, the atmosphere is very motivating, the music is very varied, trainers willing and focused, the managers are totally incredible in their work. I would ask that perhaps they remove the rules of recording in public, just as the meditation area was a little longer open. The cleaning is impeccable some paper on the floor but nothing that the cleaning staff can't solve, although you can see that they work all day without rest I have seen them tomorrow afternoon and night and they get little profit, they do a very good job except for some people who do not take advantage of the cleanliness. 9/10 undoubtedly one of my favorite places to go in the morning before my work day

This is one of the dirtiest gyms in Douglasvile, Ga. The ladies’ locker room is always dirty, all times of the day, from the floors (trash/hair early in the morning) and the showers needing a good scrub and changed shower curtains. I complained to management and nothing has been done. I am so surprise this gym doesn't take sanitizing and keeping the gym environment clean with all the virus around. I decided not to take advantage of the pool and whirlpool. I don’t trust it. PLEASE HIRE A CLEANING CREW!!!! Members desire better!!!!

Sharing an email that I sent to the management team of Douglasville and member services. I am writing this email to express my disappointments in the Douglasville store, as it has increasingly gotten worse within the past couple of months and has especially tanked since the new year. The video I have attached to this email chain was taken yesterday around 3:30pm. It speaks for itself, that this is absolutely disgusting and unnecessary. What you see in the video is just a fraction of the gym. The overall cleanliness of this location is terrible. The bathrooms are NEVER clean, and when I say clean I mean there are chunks of hair, dust, trash and dirt all over the floors at all hours of the day. There is pee on the floor. And at some point last year there was even poop on the floor in the women's restroom. I've come to the gym first thing in the mornings, middle of the day and evenings. No matter the time of day, it's filthy. Upon walking into the gym, you're immediately hit in the face by terrible odors (body odor, sweat, chlorine from the pool). I understand those may be things that are out of your control, but if the overall AIR FLOW and cleanliness of the gym was kept up, that would eliminate a lot of the smell. For a while I saw a cleaning crew that would walk around the gym and somewhat maintain the gym floor, I have not seen them in a long time. What can be done about this? Why has management not stepped in and made a change? The employees working the front desk; are they not responsible for maintaining the gym? This is a staff issue. No other Onelife Fitness is like this. I am beyond frustrated about this. I look forward to working out every day, but as soon as I walk into Douglasville Onelife I cannot stand being there. Something needs to change.

They don’t ever change the bulbs in the tanning beds. Haven’t tanned in months so I am pale but tried 2 times at the full time and got nothing. Also everyone seems to fight over the Swiss machine. More than once I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes and gave up. They need signs on the machines that limit people from hoarding the machines or get more Swiss machines. I also want to mention they don’t have the hottest showers. The water was so cold the other day I didn’t want to get in but finally after the water ran for around 20 minutes it finally got hot enough to be comfortable. The drains are plugged up with sitting water in some of them too which is nasty. It’s a shame such a nice gym and they won’t keep up with maintenance of it.

While a member of the gym I was generally satisfied but as someone who traveled a lot for a few months at a time I needed to freeze my account a few times. Eventually I decided to cancel my membership because of a long term relocation and no access to the facility. Unfortunately, Onelife neglected to let patrons know that they no longer are with abcfitness management and as a result I was repeatedly told my account was canceled which was not true because I was being charged. I have called numerous times and emailed the new management email without success. So far I have been paying for 2 months and yearly bonus fees for a gym I am unable to use. In a perfect world I would recommend the facility but the lack of transparency and communication is disappointing and if you are worried you will get trapped in a gym membership then DO NOT sign up here!

The workout area itself has lots of room and the staff is nice. However... the cleaning of the men's locker room is shameful. I've been going here for almost 3 months hoping maybe it was just they were in between cleaning services but the issue persists. I've visited 4 other One life locations in the Georgia and none of them are as this Douglasville location.

For me one of the best part of belonging to Onelife Fitness is getting my towel when I arrive. Secondly going to the group exercise class and using the energy from instructor and good vibes to fuel the workout. Being courteous with staff and members and vice versa is a plus.
