I love this condo, a full equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer in the unit, a wonderful pool that faces the beach. I love it there and the employees are helpful and very friendly. Located on the beautiful Wrightsville beach. It doesn’t get better then this!

Me and my wife stayed here in Sept for the last 2 years for our anniversary and we love it. Very clean and everything we need for a romantic stay in wrightsville beach. As many have posted,you really don't need to move your car at all,great places to eat and shop in walking distance. We plan on staying again next year.

Perfect location! Just park your car, drop your bags, and enjoy the beach! Grocery store, restaurants, surf shop, beach store, bike and umbrella rentals all within walking distance! The condos even have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer which is super convenient. Really like the website which shows you exactly which condo you are renting with pictures. Awesome, can’t beat it!

We have been staying here for quite a few years. Each visit gets better. This trip has been outstanding! We came for a quick beach fix and ended up staying almost a month. We still want to stay longer. This time we stayed on 204 and 107 !!! I have to stay both condos we nice Due to a small water problem that no one could help we were moved to ocean front in 107. Wow!!! Hunter moved our stuff helped us get organized and do we ever like ocean front. The owners of these condos should count their lucky stars for Hunter and Jason. They make us feel so welcome. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They are both precious the rooms are clean and accommodating, especially since they are still fighting from the damages that Hurricane Florence left last fall. We never hear these guys complain, they just want everyone happy and comfortable!!! We give One South Lumina and Hunter and Jason a TEN !!! Way to go guys ❤️❤️

Back for a 3rd year in a row, this time we had suite 305, with almost oceanfront views from our balcony. This property is located in the center of town within walking distance to everything. The unit was nicely furnished, the oceanfront pool is great and there are 2 covered parking spots per unit. The 2 guys that run the place are personable and accommodating and the suites and outside property are well taken care of.

We have been staying at One South Lumina for 20 years. We love this place. It is the perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants and all the units we have stayed in have great views of the ocean. Place is always clean. The front desks workers Jason and Hunter are very friendly and have worked there for years. We highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

We've stayed at One South Lumina on and off for the past 10 years, and have always had a great time. The front desk management is AWESOME. The location is great, and the rates are reasonable. Our family has grown, so now we have to get two units, but still a better deal than renting a house, and you can't beat this location. We'll be back next year.

Back after Labor Day for a 4th time, and being steps from the beach at One South Lumina while still being fairly reasonable in price is a great combination. Staying in 305 again, and though it is starting to show some wear, it is so close to the beach with great balcony views and overall is a nice comfortable unit. Both property managers Hunter and Jason are excellent to work with and being able to get in your unit before 11am if possible, is another reason we keep coming back.
