I had the pleasure of dining here for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance is absolutely stunning (the entryway was my favorite) A big shoutout to Manager Toni, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Her attention to detail really stood out and added a personal touch. Our server Glen, was outstanding! He offered great recommendations, and made sure our experience was flawless. The service was prompt, friendly, and made us feel truly valued. I can't wait to return next time we are in town and definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again Toni and Glen for making our visit so special!

I've been going to this property for 7 years. The staff and ownership have changed several times over the years, except for the Guest Ambassador, Debra who has been so welcoming and accommodating each and every time. I look forward to going back despite the reason. I go to the Mayo Clinic and this is a treat for me to stay at this property and get away from the stress of my health. The venue is comforting and the town is awesome. Cute shopping, fabulous restaurants and just super nice people. Beautiful rooms and ammennities. Grateful for this getaway during challenging times.

I stayed at One Ocean for the first time in August and it did not disappoint! The customer service was top notch. The food was amazing, and so was watching the sunrise from my balcony. Everyone was was so professional and friendly. I want to send a big THANK YOU to Sarah, Toni, Juan, Geo, and Thomas. Thank you for all your assistance and kindness! You all are amazing and I highly recommend to everyone to stay here or host an event at One Ocean. The staff is amazing. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shops or rent a bike from the hotel. I loved the location. I will be back!!

Jose the beach attendant was outstanding! Nice as can be, attentive. He really gave a damn that this was your vacation and he wanted to make it the best that it could be. Craig the bartender was great too. I never ordered a drink my entire time there. But the hotel doesn’t have an ice machine so it has to come from the bars. And he always offered eager assistance.

From the check in to the check out the experience was absolutely perfect. The staff is attentive and engaging. They love their jobs and show it.||Debra the Guest Ambassador welcomed us with a birthday card and guest benefit. And she said goodbye and welcomed us back again.||Our dinner was fabulous. Sea bass was so tasty and filling. Jay our waiter said that that was the way to go. The appetizer was fried green tomatoes with crab. We shared it!! Not to miss this.||Breakfast was amazing too! Drea. took care of us. I had eggs but the chicken sausage is amazing. Crab benedict rocks.||Cant say enough about the service and how nice this is.||Pool and beach are great too. OOps. Yeah forgot that is just wonderful too. Cant wait to come back.

One Ocean is a beautiful boutique hotel in a cute beach town. Hosting a meeting here has been a great experience. The customer service from the valet, bellmen, front desk staff, banquet staff and sales department has been exceptional. The food has been delicious and the accommodations are really nice with very comfortable beds! I would highly recommend One Ocean for a meeting or leisure vacation!

Such a great place and location! We’ve stayed here a bunch and it’s always really nice. A full service boutique hotel will all the amenities of larger properties without the hassle. The strip of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance is perfect for getting away and leaving your car behind. And a shout out to Saraim! Every trip has that one staff member that stands out and this time it’s her! Always getting things done, making things better and spreading her great vibes to all. Thanks to everyone and as that big guy once said: I’ll be back!

The hotel service was top notch. Especially from the young men on the valet team. They made me want to come back one day. Super respectful. Took excellent care of our car. The room service was also excellent Gabrielle the hostess made sure our food delivery was on point. The Spa staff was top notch. Thank you One Ocean staff you Rock the House!
