The food is ok. The options are alright. If you have a restricted diet (in this case I don't eat pork),.the menu became severely limited, but what I had was good. The noodles and chicken were definitely the highlights. The service and atmosphere were really great as the staff was friendly and we were shaking our heads at the trendy beats being played in the background.

Service, food, and atmosphere are great! We’ve been there a few times and so far it hasn’t disappointed. Quality ingredients, fresh food, clean restaurant. Entire family loves it. Highly recommend. Get out of your comfort zone in trying new things, every dish is delicious!

I ordered chashu fried rice and fried chicken. To be honest, I'm disappointed 🙁 I went to this restaurant a few times before when it first opened. I liked their fried rice, it's tasty. I ordered the same food I used to get today. The look and the taste all went very down level. I would appreciate pande express’s fried rice compare to this price. The chashu meat is very fat, I understand it supposed to have a bit fat but this is too much fat. The fried rice doesn’t taste good at all): The fried chicken is ok(it doesn’t taste good or bad) but the price for this little box cost $8.

Ramen was delicious. But, service was disappointing. The server was not attentive and could not keep up with the order. I asked to sub fried chicken for confit chicken and he straight refused. That was really strange. When he brought my coke refill there was no ice in the cup. We were not served waters at all. We asked for chili paste and it arrived when we were almost done with our ramen.

Great place for ramen. The gyoza was top notch. The service was fast and really helpful. The fried chicken ramen is amazing.

Edit since the staff and menu were changed in the past few months: The staff are all inattentive, get orders wrong, play loud music in the back (negative on the atmosphere), and some are even rude. We come here several times a month, and the experience gets worse every time. We waited almost an hour for the teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef to come out. While we were waiting the waiter never updated us. When we flagged him down after he rounded the table behind us, he didn't even look at us, said it was coming, then left with a very snide smirk. Our 2 year old girls had some of the fried chicken (which came fairly quickly) but by the time the teriyaki came, their order of chicken udon still wasn't ready, so we cancelled it and the kids didn't get to have a meal until we got home. To get the check we had to flag the waiter down again. The waiter only had 2 tables so it's not like he was slammed to explain the poor service. In the car the girls were sad and asking why their noodles never came. This was their favorite restaurant. Overall we've had very poor experiences the last few times we've gone. We would like to request contact from the owners please. Old review from July or so: The staff are wonderful. They are really polite and attentive. I've tried many different dishes and never been disappointed. The flavor of every single dish has been awesome, and it's all been cooked well. The restaurant is really clean. They do a great job of maintaining the booths, bathrooms, and everything else. It's not super loud in the restaurant, and is always pleasant to be there.

Their fried chicken sandwiches are so yummy but I just can’t justify $9 for 2 small sandwiches. Definitely wish either more little sandwiches for that price or lower the price. The fried rice is really good and noodles. Those are definitely priced correctly.
