Dave with One Call Networks is truly a small business tech savior! When I first met Dave he told me he was fluent in both Geek and English and he wasn’t kidding! I love my husband (who also works in IT) but my eyes glaze over when he starts telling me about his day in tech lingo. But having lunch with Dave and him talking me through some of the types of issues that his clients see was so enlightening and educational! I understood everything he said!!! He truly translates the geek to English so that you fully comprehend the issue and why it is important and why the solutions are! I highly recommend Dave as a person and as a professional!!
We moved into the area and asked Dave to help us install a full Ring alarm system with video and smoke detectors in our new home. Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with - very knowledgeable, professional, kind and a pleasure to have in our home. He also helped with our tv install, networks and several other items around the house. We are trying to figure out our next project for him as we miss having him around!
