I am currently in my 5th month as a resident at One Boynton and my experience has been fantastic. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and well kept, the residents are friendly and the staff has been incredible. From day one, Nathan has been knowledgeable, professional and continues to answer our questions and concerns promptly. Our dryer broke, and we had a minor flood due to a malfunctioning air conditioning compressor- both issues were solved promptly. Both times, we received follow up calls to ensure the issues were properly mitigated. When my roommate had a health scare, I received calls from Stephanie and Nathan both checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. So far, our experience has been top-notch and I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to take advantage of the sunny South Florida Lifestyle in Boynton Beach. My experience with One Boynton was awesome! Stephanie H gets 5 stars for a leasing agent. If you are looking for friendly, professional, and detail oriented, she is it! She answered every question I had, and was very attentive to my needs. Moving and planning is extremely stressful, and she makes it very easy. So far, I think One Boynton takes the cake! Love this place!

love it here. Hugo is the best of the maintenance. A little sad that our weekly yoga classes (one of the BEST events you offer) will be discontinued. We are very fortunate and blessed to have Becca teach us each week. Not to mention competing apartment complexes around are adding yoga rooms for their weekly classes, this is sad to hear. You should highly consider keeping the yoga classes with Becca.

I have lived here for 5 years prior to it changing. I’ve always loved the amenities and the location is key. Michael Hernandez in the leasing office was very efficient, wonderful to work with, and very responsive to all my questions and got things done promptly. This place is home to most people wanting to live a paradise living… with everything close by.

We had a Bridal Shower at the clubhouse and it was absolutely breathtaking. Love the area-close to shopping, the beach and restaurants. Every time we interacted with the staff they were so polite and helpful. The community is beautiful and you won’t regret it!

Can I say that my boyfriend and I were looking at apartments and came across this one with the lovely Stephanie, and let me tell you, someone who pays attention to your every detail, hears you out, takes care of you, makes sure your needs are all there is her. I have not met no better leasing agent than Stephanie. She was patient, caring, a great listener and kept us on our feet about everything. Amazing community, amenities, and especially staff! I've lived here for years and it's very rare to find a community like this...dog friendly, classy and safe as well. Also on the property are shops, restaurants, UPS Store and a barbershop. 5 stars, thanks for keeping this community great, One Boynton!

I began my new chapter as a Florida resident a few months ago after moving to the states from Costa Rica and I’m extremely happy that I chose One Boynton in Boynton Beach as my new home. So far, my experience has been extraordinary. Nathan, Stefanie and the entire One Boynton staff have been professional, efficient and accommodating, answering all my questions and concerns and exceeding my expectations tenfold. They are friendly and personable and a pleasure to deal with. The grounds of the complex are well-kept and pristine, and I enjoy lounging by the courtyard pool, and being within walking distance to all necessary day to day shopping. My apartment is spacious with large bedrooms, which was important for us, and the huge private balcony is an added feature we love. Parking is ample for our weekend get togethers with friends, and Amazon packages are delivered to the UPS store that is mere steps from my apartment for an added security bonus. So far, I highly recommend One Boynton and am looking forward to staying here for years to come.
