Jim and I have been with One Boulder Fitness since its inception. We are big fans of the gym, its trainers and its staff. They work hard, keep things clean and are always helpful. Great experience so far. Definitely not an Equinox but has everything you need and is very clean. Weight room is larger than it looks, providing ample room for busy days.
I recently started going to One Boulder Fitness, the amenities were super nice especially the sauna. Sharoon at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. He addressed everyone coming in by name which added a great sense of community. Can’t wait to start coming more often.
great club...have been working out here for a number of years. Started going early post pandemic and the morning staff is great...especially Andre who is always upbeat, friendly, knows my name, asks how I'm doing, and how my workout was.

One boulder is a unique gym experience. I haven't found another gym where the employees strive to know each and every member's name, let alone details of their lives like these guys. It feels like a home away from home. The equipment is well taken care of and clean, and they have every machine you could need.
This gym is very clean and there is an entire room for cardio.
This gym is fantastic! The people are friendly, it isn't overcrowded and the majority of people wipe down the equipment so it doesn't feel like a petrie dish... I have a great appreciation for the no cellphone policy that other gyms don't enforce. There is nothing worse than having some obnoxious person who can't read the sign talking on their cellphone while you are trying to work out.
If you are serious about getting in shape and want a wonderful place to do it, Boulder One Fitness is your gym!

I went last year with my friend and have been going at least twice a week ever since. The classes are fun, always different, and the instructors are top notch. If you want to lift heavy, they have a good variety of weights to accomplish that goal. I
Absolutely fantastic gym that is meticulously kept. Did 2 drop in passes which were seamless to set up. Gym size is great and the equipment is top notch. Barbells, power racks, cable machines, DBs were all some of the best i have used.

This was an exciting hike with a nice surprise climb at the end to the top. It was a clear day so the views were stunning. Thunder was bouncing through the canyon creating a thrilling experience. Not muddy and was a tad busy but well worth a trip.

Intermediate level; for beginners hike may seem intimidating as the incline begins pretty quickly from the trailhead, but keep going! The views are totally worth it. We took the Chautauqua trail-Flatiron 2/3 hike up and the Bluebird-Baird trail down.
