We love everything about One Ardmore. John is the BEST around, Eli is fantastic, and Shaquan is an incredible asset to the One Ardmore Team. Whenever we have a repair request, he is friendly, courteous, diligent, and won't quit until the job is done. Plus, he respects our space and always cleans up after the project is complete. Hooray for One Ardmore!

The best thing about One Ardmore is how it’s seamlessly integrated into the community of downtown Ardmore. The scale of the building is just right. As a resident I walk out my front door straight into the town center. No cars, or anything else, required. I can walk to anything I need. I have a car but rarely use it. I am one block from a station that is both regional and national rail. The building management is decidedly old school. It’s managed by a small team led by John. Staff and residents are on a first name basis…and look out for one another. One Ardmore is very much a community…not just a building.

Management is key to an excellent place to live John is the reason we enjoy living at One Ardmore Place. The maintenance staff are efficient professional very friendly and kind. In addition to a convenient location and an excellent community atmosphere this building is a pleasure to call home.

The location is excellent, living here is very convenient, the apartment is quiet, and the manager, John, is very friendly.

We recently moved in and we love everything about our apartment so far! The view from the floor to ceiling windows is amazing and the appliances and details inside the apartment are top notch. The gym is spacious and has everything you need and the community rooftop is a great place to relax and cook outdoors.

John is the on-site manager for the building and we have never had such an amazing experience living in an apartment before, especially with the consistency in management and going out of the way to make life pleasant. The building is also very solid with great sound control which I find far better than any other building between KoP and Philly. The building did start off with a negative view from the neighborhood due to a 10 year build which occupied much of the parking during that time. I noticed this has changed lately as everyone becomes aware of the new (much more than before) public parking space inside of the building. Also the entire neighborhood is great with a community all around and you can quickly become part of it as the people and businesses are very welcoming. Check out Normandy Park just down Cricket street or Linwood Park which the neighbors turned into such a great place from an old parking lot. Another important note is that this are is very safe and walking around at all hours is actually possible here. But let me say this; if John was ever to leave his post here, I would instantly rebel because he has helped make this place what it is for us.

As new tenants of One Ardmore Place, we couldn't have asked for better service from the property management team. From the time we signed the lease to moving-in logistics, and now getting settled to the new place, Jackie and Will have been helpful, responsive, and accommodating to our needs. The common areas are always clean with modern decor. There is storage on site that is well-lit and spacious. This building is in the heart of Ardmore, and is two blocks away from the Ardmore train station. There are dozens of dining options within a three block radius and shopping all around. The Suburban Square Shopping Center is a 5 minute walk which has a Trader Joe's and a Farmer's Market. The glassware and chatter from the bars nearby gives it the city feel on the weekends without it being disruptive. I walk my dog late at night and the area is nicely lit and I feel safe at all times.

Love my new apartment and how tech savvy the community is! Jackie, Will, and Kenny are all very helpful with questions about One Ardmore and the surrounding area. Also love that I am in walking distance of everything that I need. Would recommend One Ardmore to anyone looking for a truly luxury apartment home.
