I am just updating this review as we just had a major upgrade to our business as we replaced our main server which was running 8 virtual machines. One2One installed the new server, replaced our 2 old Windows virtual servers with 2 new Windows virtual servers and migrated 6 linux servers over to the new system. This was done over a week with little to no down time and everything went great. I even paid a lot less than my original budget for the project. We are now set for many years with the new hardware and virtual machines. I cannot say enough good things about this. Many thanks to Dan and his team. We have been customers of One 2 One for over a decade now and they always provide excellent service in a very prompt manner. Our IT infrastructure is critical to our business and they have always provided excellent service. Their monitoring services allow us to solve issues before they even become a problem so we have had very little down time over the past decade, in no small part due to their support.

I recently got a new office and had a few issues with my new computer. I contacted One 2 One and they assigned my tickets to Todd. Todd was fast at responding, he was great at communicating what the issues were, and helped to guide me through the processes incase I had the same issue in the future. Mike L. is probably THE most thorough IT specialist I have ever worked with. He follows up every time he says he will. I never have to worry when he is handling one of our issues. I truly enjoy working with him.

The techs at One 2 One are great! Just had Joe work with me on resolving an issue... he was not stopping until he got it resolved. (And of COURSE he did!) He was quite pleasant to chat with while working on things... would highly recommend!!
