I can't say enough about the outstanding service we've received over the years from OnCall-IT. The team at OnCall-IT is not just professional; they're experts in their field. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the complex IT issues we face on a daily basis, and their attention to detail has been impressive. They communicated clearly and patiently explained everything, which made the entire process stress-free. The turnaround time for our request are incredibly fast, and their technicians are not only skilled but also friendly and approachable. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely polite. They quickly determine what the problem is and implement a solution to fix the issue.

Shady company with high over charging fees. They charge $95 to give you an invoice. Do not use these guys if you are a small business. To map a network drive they charged my client $2900!!!

Quite to the contrary of the other two posted reviews, we are a small business - 3 persons - highly reliant on technology and find that while they are not inexpensive, they are responsive, pro-active and because their staff is so technologically adept, they never have to experiment to find out what the problem is, they just solve it the first time.

There service is slow and the owner was extremely rude. I would consider another MSP for your business.
