Absolutely satisfied with the services provided by On The Spot Computer Repairs. My laptop was not booting up and I called them up asking for a solution. They took my laptop on the same day and assured me that, they would finish running initial diagnostics within 24 hours. Everything was explained clearly and patiently. Turns it out was an issue with the RAM, and they swiftly replaced it. They even offered to give a me an alternate power cord that is compatible with the US wall sockets for free. 100% satisfied with them. Thank you so much!
Fantastic repair service! I first went to them two years ago for a hard drive replacement after spilling liquid on my laptop, and had a great experience. Recently my laptop developed a fan issue, so I went to them again and once more received great service. They are incredibly helpful, efficient, and effective. Iris is very kind and welcoming. Nowhere else I would go for computer repairs, definitely recommend!
I am so happy to have found this place. I have a MacBook Pro from 2013 that no one would touch until I called OTSCR .Iris and David were friendly and helpful every step of the way. They are competent, efficient, honest and very reasonably priced. I hope they are around for a long time.
Can't recommend enough. My laptop broke down on the first day of my finals, so I dropped it off for repair and emailed my professors about a paper exam. Iris fixed it before my professors could ever respond. I'm writing this after finishing my finals, with my 4yo laptop looking and working like new. I doubt I'll need to return anytime soon, but I urge you to check them out if you're experiencing any tech issues.
I had a custom pc built here and it was great! The people were super nice and my computer was built perfectly. It was also reasonably priced. They showed me how to use it and where I needed to plug wires in. They were also really understanding, and built it in one day so I wouldn't have two make two long drives. I would definitely recommend them!
This place fixed my pc that wasn’t booting up at all and it was really affordable! The staff were also very nice and polite. I was worried I’d be talked down to for not knowing too much about custom build pcs, and tech tends to be a bit of a “boys club” but both the woman checking me in and the guys fixing my build never once made me feel stupid. I would take my pc here again for sure!
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I custom-built a PC for the first time ever, and it didn't work - took it to OTSCR, and they figured out the issue was a faulty processor. I'm happy to support local businesses, and this one is worth it for computer repair.

This is the best place to go if you ever run into any problems with your computer. I have faithfully came here multiple times and every time they will address the issue promptly and quickly and with 100% honesty. My computer runs better than brand new whenever I drop it by and get it fixed. I live almost 2 hours away and still will continue to come here for any of my problems with my computer! Honest and nice from the first call to when you leave!!! My last visit they helped me FREE OF CHARGE! Bring your computers here if you want the job done correctly and by a reliable person! this skatepark is so spacious and so much fun. thereâs so many different ramps and areas to skate. the skaters are usually pretty friendly and give you space to do your thing. the scenery is so beautiful, especially when the sun starts to go down.
