WOW!!! I am BLOWN away by the quality program at On The Mats Martial Arts! As a career martial artist and educator, I am SO very impressed with this facility! Their commitment to being the BEST at educating the students AND their parents' is easily visible. I am so happy to got the weekend to hang out and watch such a wonderful program! 10/10!

Highly recommend. If you are looking for more than just a martial arts studio I recommend them even more. The instructors work amazingly well with kids, they help students practice those soft skills that kids and teens are developing (teamwork, persistance, self-esteem, self-control ect.) and they truly care about their students. My son has been a student here for several years and I cannot say enough amazing things about the instructors and the studio.

Highly recommend for children under 15 down to about 3-4 depending on the attention span of your child. These guys and gals that work here are all about working with the kids, and it's great to see employees doing what they enjoy to do. It also helps the kids pay attention and have fun without all the Jackie Chan discipline, but they still maintain a set standard and the kids follow it. Again, it's highly recommended. I did it for a deployment for the oldest and came back to a well behaved kid like when I left. Good work guys💪💪💪

My son has been a part of the On the Mat Program since he was in kindergarten. Since Jaxon is almost 9, we have been a part of the program for 4 years. I am an Early Childhood Educator and I have been very impressed with the program. This is a martial arts program that is focused on POSITIVE reinforcement. Master Melody and her staff are wonderful. They clearly care about the character development of each child. While they teach a class of children, they are focused on the individual needs of each child. They do a fabulous job of helping each child reach their individual goals. Not only do they do a wonderful job in the classroom, but on many occasions they have on their own personal time, committed to career day, talent shows, and many other extra curricular activities. They support their students in all areas of development. Our family has been very blessed with On the Mat. The program was a God send for our child. His confidence and social development has really improved since we became part of the program several years ago! I highly recommend On the Mat for any child. You will be blessed.

Words alone cannot portray the dedication, commitment, tenacity, excitement, structure, and FUN this dojo and all the instructors strive to achieve for their students/family everyday. We are proud to be a part of the OTM Family for the past three years. My quiet shy boy is now a confident young man who is learning how to be an instructor himself. He has opened up and has limitless possibilities due to Master Andrew, Master Clayton, Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Georgia, Mr. Dave, Mr. Hunter and all of the students who help each other out and cheer one another. We are truly fortunate to be a part of the OTM Family!

On the mat exceeds my expectations every time. I can not begin to describe the changes I saw in my son within the first couple of weeks! The instructors are beyond patient. They could teach the world a thing or two. My son has so much respect for all the instructors and takes what they say to heart. They teach morals, confidence, agility, balance, core, and more. They are more then a martial arts studio. They really are the whole package.

My son loves On The Mat.The positive changes that we've seen in him in less than a year have been amazing. When he was having some behavioral issues at school, we talked with his coaches and came up with a game plan to solve this. I recently received an email from my son's teacher saying "I don't know what you've done to improve [his] behavior, but keep it up! He's been amazing!" Thank you to all the coaches who help and teach children every day. :-)

We signed our 5 year old son up for the free trial over the summer to try out something new and keep him active during the summer before kindergarten. He absolutely fell in love with it and asked if he could go every day! The curriculum is perfectly geared toward each particular age group. The instructors are so engaging and committed. The skills and confidence he has gained over the past year and a half are priceless. What started as a summer activity has quickly become part of our regular year round schedule and I foresee him continuing for many more years to come. I cannot thank the team enough. OTM rocks!!
