I wanted a new power supply and graphics card installed on my computer. I'm not the best when it comes to cable management, and the inside of my computer had some dust, so I decided to hire a professional to take care of it. Unfortunately, I called this company. At first, things seemed alright, as he was able to make it over the same day I called. But once he was here, he had no equipment to deal with the dust in my computer. He asked me to find our vacuums, little cleaners, etc., but they wouldn't work for his purposes. Finally he said he'd run to his office to get what he needed. So he left, my computer cords all unplugged, my CPU case all opened up, screws unscrewed and left out, and assured he'd be right back, as his office was close. And that was the last time I saw him. He never came back, and didn't return my texts. I know my basement could've used some picking up, but...I don't think it or the dust in my CPU case was so egregious as to cause a professional to flee and not come back. So why did he leave? What possible explanation? He did happen to meet my Chinese wife right before he decided he could get what he needed at his office. So...judge that circumstance for yourself. UPDATE: So rather than be seen as a racist, this "professional" is going to trash-talk my domicile instead, and casting dispersions on me rather than apologize and try to give a reasonable explanation for his dereliction. Yeah, I have a wife, two children, and a cat. I apologized for my basement not being so clean, and actually, it is in no way near as bad as this "professional" is describing. Furthermore, this "professional," if they've been in this business for so many years going into people's homes, I guarantee they've seen far worse. Sorry we didn't have time to do a deep clean, sir. We didn't expect you to have such delicate sensibilities. So either this "professional" is a delicate snob of a man, who'd rather turn down good-paying jobs than deal with dust and empty boxes in his environs, or he really did just quit because he saw non-white people living in my home. In any case, he doesn't deny what he did: lied, left me his own little mess for me to clean up, and ghosted me - until I posted a 1-star review, of course. So don't waste your time on this "professional," because they are anything but. Professionals don't demand homes be immaculate to do a job in, or that the tenants be the same color as him. Also, on the day I posted this review, this "professional" sent me several harassing texts, which included personal insults and disparaging remarks about my wife.
This person ghosted us, left an unfixed computer opened up in our basement and never came back because he thinks our basement is messy. We gave him a negative review. Later he texted us to shame and insult us. We had to call the police to make him stop. He should know that not all the people can have a comfortable life like him. You don't know what other people have been through. Both of us are fighting with mental and physical illness. We are working hard to take care of ourselves and raise two children. We do clean our house every week on garbage day. So it wasn't the best day for this "professional installer" to visit, but we didn't think it would matter to an actual "professional" whose entire business is customer service. But because we dared gave him a review he deserved, he exaggerated how dirty our home was to slander us. He kept harassing us to shame us about our house and insulted my husband and me, including racially charged comments at my expense. I am telling him what he really should really be ashamed about is the prejudice and superiority complex he has deep in his mind.
