Raven was an excellent host checking us into our room.||We were here for an overnight stay for a fundraising gala. $199/n on a Saturday downtown was a fair price. Beds were comfy and the room nicely appointed with a fridge and 2 free waters. Walls are a bit thin so a fan for noise is on my checklist for next time. ||The banquet dinner had excellent beef tenderloin medallions and tasty sides. Service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and worth the 30 minute wait. All servers were friendly and hard working. As a local I can say there's tons of stuff within walking distance.|| I look forward to a summer re-visit when the outdoor pool is open.

Mixed Feelings...This hotel had a lot of amenities but you defiantly pay the price if you want something. Coming from Connecticut (one of the top ten highest states to live in – you know what is a reasonable price & these were not reasonable prices). I agree with another reviewer – “The experience does not justify the cost.” For your odds and ends and even liquor go to a nearby bar or corner store/pharmacy. Side note – There is no free WiFi – even if you create an account with Omni your service is spotty. The room phone also did not work to call the front desk.|I also had some other housekeeping issues but the team took my concerns/issues into consideration and rectified the situations. You provided great customer service - Keep up the good work!! |Spent some time in the “Library” quaint atmosphere & very relaxing. |Overall, the ambiance is nice and the staff was great, friendly, and personable. The location was good and close to decent places to eat. I am not sure it is worth staying here again a lot of hype since it is pretty/flashy inside but when you take a deeper dive the Pandora box opens. I would really need to think about it…

The Omni was an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it. You literally do not have to leave the hotel as it has food, beverage, a bowling alley and top-notch service. The group sales manager Halie was helpful in setting up our room block. The food and beverage outlets at the hotel stood out. The Speak Easy and the bowling alley were a great team building exercise.

My sister and I celebrated our 40th birthday at this hotel. Although we chose to go offsite for dinner, you never have to leave! We started our day at the spa with massages and facials and were given complimentary glasses of champagne for our birthday! This hotel is beautiful. We bounced around to most bars/restaurants for changes in scenery and staff was wonderful everywhere we went! Highly recommend the hot brown tots and veggie/pits bread appetizers at the Neighborhood restaurant! Perfect special occasions spot to stay!

I live in Louisville and I came to visit the hotel Saturday January 27 2024. Went with friends to the speakeasy they weren’t very busy. Walked up to the bar to get a drink. Bartender never acknowledged us our turn to say hello. Nothing finally waitress says she would come get Or orders from where we were sitting so we went and sat back down. Like I said, they were not busy. She finally came over for the order took forever to get. Never came back to check on us I had to walk to the Bar to get another drink. Everything was slow. I don’t know what the problem was. Did not feel welcome. Will never come again. Service needs Match the pricing. If you pay top-notch, you better supply top-notch service

Beautiful and clean hotel right in the middle of everything! I stayed here for 3 nights for a conference and the convention center, and it was the perfect location to get in and out in between my busy days. Staff are helpful and friendly and my room was updated and modern.

Room was fine for the most part. I went to shower and water didn’t get very hot. Less than three minutes into the shower, lost all hot water. A couple hours later we receive a text from hotel saying there was an issue and they were shutting off water for an hour in ten minutes. Water issue was resolved after that. We ordered room service just a few minutes after 8pm. 2 burgers with fries and two beers. Was told half an hour. No big deal. At 9pm we still had no food. We weren’t starving but they stop serving at 930 so we called. At 915 the food showed up and it was COLD. Like it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes. And both bottles of beer had best by dates of August 2023. Poor lady said she was the only one working. We told the front desk about the food at check out and somebody was supposed to contact us, but never did. $67 for two burgers with fries and two beers, I would expect the food to be hot. Less than pleased about that and lack of communication.

Beautiful with lots to do! The rooftop pool is really nice. There was never a bar tender there when we were there but maybe it’s because it was already getting cold? We just brought our own drinks up. Otherwise the amenities and guest services were spot on. Super helpful bell staff in particular. Everything you want or need is here. You could easily never leave the building! But it’s also located right at the heart of tons of things to do. Will definitely stay here again.
