Omni Charlottesville Hotel - Hotel in Charlottesville - 212 Ridge McIntire Rd, USA

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni in Charlottesville. The hotel is impeccable and staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back if/when in the area! Rooms are comfortable and have everything you could want or need. The bar/restaurant lobby area is beautiful and a nice place to unwind before heading up to bed. We had our 4 year old with us and staff were very kind to him as well!

I stayed just one night at this beautiful hotel for a getaway with friends, and to do a program at the Downtown Mall. You can't beat the location. I was most impressed with the following:||1) The staff: the front desk clerks, the bartenders and waiters, as well as housekeeping are patient, professional and upbeat. I felt that they liked their jobs. ||2) The food: there are plenty of places to eat at the downtown mall that are cheaper, but I really didn't feel like walking around in the blazing heat. I had both breakfast and dinner here, and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was $24 and I got my money's worth. ||Two things I would change: |1) The sheets. They aren't that soft, which is surprising.|2) The AC, which goes on and off everything 15 minutes. The room was comfortable, but not as cold as I like when sleeping and I was unable to maneuver it. ||But neither of these issues would prevent me from going back. ||If you want a great location, with a walkout to the Downtown Mall and a little extra luxury, this is the place in C'ville.

Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, exceeding expectations. The free drink ticket was a nice touch, and I appreciated it, as well as the 🥂 and dessert to celebrate our anniversary. There was a minor issue with navigating to the amenities. While the facilities themselves were great, it wasn't entirely clear where the pool was located, and signage could be improved. Additionally, the selection of poolside furniture was limited, with only a few recliners available

We hosted our annual conference at the Charlottesville Omni this year and we couldn't be happier! The newly renovated guest rooms are beautiful and our attendees were treated to a refreshing stay. ||The event planning team was exemplary! I was able to rely on their expertise to meet our needs and keep the costs within our budget.

I stayed at the Omni years ago but this experience really made an impression. All of the staff went out of their way to assist me upon my late arrival and during my one-night stay, and graciously fulfilled my special requests. The room was lovely and clean and the lobby/first floor had many comfortable areas in which to sit, read or converse with friends.

Business travel. Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, spacious king sized accommodations. Staff was nice and courteous, greatly appreciate the free waters. Free parking is a plus! Bartender was awesome loved the ginger ale with bitters for my upset stomach. Very close to Main Street...right out the side door.

The hotel was recently renovated and it's simply wonderful! The staff is super attentive. Our restaurant experience was exceptional service, food and wine. I have been visiting Charlottesville for over 20 years and stayed at different hotels. Hands down, the Omni is the preferred choice.

The hotel is lovely decorated, staff is so friendly, location is super convenient and the room/beds were very comfortable. We loved the beautiful bar/restaurant area. Overall a great experience!
