I really wanted to give all five-stars!! The hotel was amazing. The art, the service housekeeping was great. The location was perfect, my husband was there for a convention, which was wonderfully located across the street. Our biggest issue….the room was so small, the only two drawers were on the bottom of the bed. No iron, they did have a steamer. I understand that it’s a contemporary design, but we were staying for five days so it was a struggle to put our belongings up correctly. Over all we loved it but I don’t think we would stay again. It’s more designed for short stays.

Check in was easy. Parking is available through self parking behind the hotel in the garage. They do have valet parking. Room was amazing and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and neat and also had a standing shower with lots of space! Our room was on the 7th floor and had a great view of the areas nearby. Complimentary water, coffee and bathrobe all included.

We appreciated so much about the Omni seaport! I loved the price, the cool and thoughtful art, industrial room style in the artist tower, friendly and helpful staff. Also interesting views of the harbor, great bed and linens, and amazing baked goods at cocorico. My husband loved the pool, the coffee machines which grind fresh beans for each individual cup, access to waterfront, Chinatown and the pike. Look there are a lot of hotel choices in Boston, but this was an amazing value for the price.

Hotel staff and location is great when you need to be near the airport. Room wise, it's funky with how the sink-WC-shower room is laid out. HOWEVER, I found used contact lenses in the bed. This was after my one night in there, seeing it when I woke up. So, makes you question if the bed was changed or not... The rest of the room was impeccably clean though

Let me start by saying the hotel is beautiful. We had our church conference here this year. Let's start with the positive: It is kid-friendly. Big beautiful reception area with ample seating. It's in a great area, within walking distance of other upscale restaurants and museums, and has 5 restaurants of its own, a rooftop pool, a parking garage, 6 elevators, two towers, valet parking, and great views. Some staff were very friendly while others were not! The function/banquet hall staff were excellent! The room and bathroom were super clean with great shower pressure. The beds were clean and soft. You could smell the clean. Good security. You have to use your room key to go to all room floors except the lobby, pool, and function/ banquet hall floors. They clean your room, refresh towels, and collect trash when asked. Now for the negative: You do have to make a reservation to use the pool. Only 1 reservation per day for only 2 hours per day, only 2 chairs per room per day, but 4 people are allowed per room. The pool area is an ok size, but the pool itself is super small for the size of the hotel. There were so many people in the pool the water was overflowing. It should have 2 pool areas for the size of that hotel. 4 out of the 6 elevators were working, so it took forever to go up and down, and then have to wait for the next elevator or two, due to it being packed. There are no microwaves in any of the rooms. They tell you to call to request a microwave and also wheelchairs, BUT they are not guaranteed. I did request one 3 months in advance when I booked the hotel, but we had no microwave. The iron was cheap, it left burnt crust on my clothes and the board was thin and flimsy, but served its purpose. The restaurants in the hotel close so early for food. All these things can be improved but still a great hotel to stay at. Things you should know before you book this hotel. There is a $ 150.00-a-day incidental fee a $ 49.00-a-day parking fee for the garage, and $ 60.00 a day for valet parking. Make your reservation for the pool days or a week before you check in because the slot times go fast (they do send an email or text for it close to your stay), make sure you always have your room key to go up and down the elevators, and last but not least make sure you relax and have a great time.

I stayed here very last minute, as our flight was canceled to go back home. This hotel is nice and very modern. However, the staff was not friendly at all - we maybe encountered 2 that were great and the rest were rude and unprofessional. We did get additional holds on our card (that we will “hopefully get back”), which is fine and all hotels have, but we were not told we would get additional ones, that were not little amounts either. I would have appreciated it if I was told from the beginning. This hotel does have a lot of restaurant options and some nice places to walk to. All around, it’s good, but definitely not what I expected for the price you’re paying and being known to be on the higher-end side.

This hotel upsells everything. You have to make an appointment to go to the pool and even if you have consecutive sessions and they kick you out for 15-minutes. They claim it is to clean but they kicked us out when the place had only had 10 people. The hotel room shower did not work and the sink was on full force. The front desk was indifferent. Doubtful the shower was cleaned it the water did not work... The waitress told us miss information regarding breakfast and using your amercian express. The bars (main and sports) closed early on a long weekend and without a last call. Just turned on the lights. We had 4 couple say at this hotel and we all were given different rates even on the same floor / view. The place was clean but I guess if you do not make an environment for people to stay a hang it will be clean. Front desk careless about our issues, Just handed us a bill.

Traveled Labor Day weekend as a family with 2 young boys. This was a road trip for us so we were able to plan our arrival and departure flexibly. ||Pros of the hotel:|- Affordably priced for a new hotel|- Very clean!|- Coffee shop/bakery in the lobby was excellent, though pricey|- Proximity to the Children's Museum was wonderful, only a 10 minute walk (but not stroller friendly - there were stairs involved)|- Rooftop pool|- Several onsite dining options||Cons of the hotel: |- Not the most convenient location for public transportation|- Pool requires a reservation (because it's small) so if that's important to you you'll have to work around the timing|- Not near the historic sites (yes this was something I knew when booking but I didn't think it would matter, and it kind of bummed me out soooo live & learn)||We had a lovely stay, the room was very comfortable and more than enough space. The bathroom was a hit because of the deep tub - basically a private pool for a 3 year old lol I deducted 1 star because we were overcharged by ~$350 and I didn't notice until we were already home. Thankfully, Omni Select customer service was able to assist promptly and I am waiting on the refund.
