Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District - Hotel in Omaha - 222 N 10th St, USA

This hotel was so beautiful. Our room was absolutely amazing. It had an incredible view and so much room. We were able to enjoy our privacy and entertain friends. Denita at the front desk was so helpful. Best customer service we have ever had. We recommend staying here and hope you have to pleasure to work with her.

The third floor lounge is one of the best I’ve seen. It’s clean, regularly stocked with food, right next to the pool and the staff is great. Rita is always there to make us feel welcome, give us recommendations, and talk with us about what is going on locally.

The pool was barely managed. There were signs that said "no coolers allow" multiple people had them. There appeared to be no control and non hotel guests using the pool on the hot Saturday we were there. People at the pool were playing their own music and outside 1 or 2 bartenders there was no supervision. I have stayed over 1000 nights at Marriott and I am not sure I would go back here ever.

I recently stayed at the Omaha Marriott Downtown and had a mixed experience. The rooms are quite nice, offering a modern and comfortable atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are a few minor drawbacks that I encountered. First, there was no microwave in the room, which can be inconvenient for guests who prefer to have quick meals or heat up leftovers. Additionally, the room I stayed in had no carpet, which caused it to echo every noise. Kinda annoying. The pool is quite small and tends to stay crowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing swim. Parking is another issue, with valet service costing $30 and self-parking at $25, which can add up quickly during a multi-day stay. The concierge lounge was a particular disappointment. The front desk informed us that it was only open between 8-11. When I visited the lounge, there was no signage indicating its hours, but I found myself unable to access it. When we did the valet they gave us the wrong keys when went to store. Luckily it was then and not when checking out. Because it the key would start the car but would not lock the car so we didn’t notice was wrong keys. When returned to hotel they didn’t seem to believe us, but we showed them. They did find our key. But it means they did not lock the car all night; because the key they used could not unlock the car.

I want to give high praise to Ian, the customer experience manager at this hotel. I unfortunately was stuck in an elevator on a busy Saturday. The staff, especially Ian, took great care to make me as comfortable as possible during what turned out to be a short time in the elevator. He went above and beyond to make right what was really a small inconvenience but we really appreciated his efforts! Thank you Ian!!

The hotel is beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. They have valet and Talon was so wonderful. He took care of my car and they have an app for you to text for your car. It’s very convenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great service by valet, Talon H. Requested car to be at lobby at 6:30am for return to airport and he was there waiting as I left the elevator with keys in hand. Thanked me for staying and wished me safe travels. I definitely recommend the Downtiwn Marriott in the Capital District in Omaha.

Love this hotel. Stay here often. The staff here is great and Kathryn at the front desk is the best! Great location, always clean, easy Check in and check out. It is my favorite Marriott in Omaha. The Skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel is a huge plus.
