Beautiful accommodations. Lobby is photo-worthy! Very beautiful and comfortable room and bed. Our room had a view of the gold course. Staff very helpful. Quiet and peaceful. Convenient to town. Great value for the price. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities!
After a long day of travel from the East Coast it was a great stay. Quiet close room doors are great, no slamming doors early in the morning waking people up. Room was cold, clean, quiet and comfy. Pool was "heated" but was freezing. Hot tub was nice. Staff was super kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was great my son and husband were obsessed with the waffles! If we went back to Olympic National Park would stay again a great jumping off point for all your adventures.
After 20 hours of traveling, we arrived and were welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The hotel has great furniture in the lobby and on our floor in a seating area if you’re looking for a place to be besides your room. The room was very clean, bed was perfect and blackout curtains were a huge help since the sun comes up early here! Breakfast and coffee were great- much more than a typical continental breakfast. Can’t think of anything g I’d change. We were sorry we couldn’t stay another night.
Quiet, clean and not outdated. Pool is heated and has a hot tub (but it’s been too cold out for us to try to dip). Breakfast included is pretty good. It’s in a very convenient location with lots of food, super markets/stores, coffee shops, etc. only 7 mins from the marina/wharf and downtown area.
This is a nice hotel, located with a golf course view! Rooms were nice and spacious….only one elevator for a lot of rooms. Breakfast was typical continental fare! Nicest hotel in town! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for real glasses for drinks in our room and they were happy to give them to us!
We loved our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service, the room size, room layout, and numerous options at the continental breakfast. The people at the front desk were always helpful and responsive. We enjoyed checking our view of the mountains beyond the golf course every time we were in our room, since the mountain fog/visibility varied. We contacted the hotel ahead of time to find out whether the room included a mini fridge and microwave (it did). That communication was also quick and helpful. The beautiful lobby featured a roaring fire, and it's a great gathering place with several seating areas. (Yes, the nighttime weather was cold in May!) The open sitting area on the second floor overlooking the lobby was also a popular spot, mostly for people who were quietly reading.
Absolutely loved my stay here. The night auditor, John, was super friendly and helpful.
We had just arrived one Friday night from a flight from San Antonio, Texas, and John was working that night. We told him we came to take in the sites of nature, and do the “Twilight” tour of the area, and he was quick to recommend a lot of beautiful waterfalls and natural parks to go see. While talking and getting to know him, I shared my itinerary, told him about what we hoped on visiting and see.
*** Safety Tip: When going into the wild, always tell someone where you’re going and when you hope to come back. Why? Because if you don’t come back by that predetermined time, there’s someone who knows to expect you, someone to raise the alarm in case you don’t come back, and also knows where to tell the police to go start looking for you. ***
Knowing this, John told us when were the best times to go see them, because a lot of the areas are - naturally - around large rivers and streams and there are low tides and high tides, so the roads get a little flooded and become difficult to cross in smaller, low-to-the-ground vehicles. He told me to return in the morning when the morning crew shows up because they’ll have maps available to all guests.
The next morning, I went to the front desk and asked about maps, and - John must have spent a bit of time printing them out, highlighting everything, and writing reviews and recommendations - but there was a small, paper-clipped pile of maps, hiking trail recommendations, and printout, WITH MY NAME ON THEM, of the local area’s attractions and scenic sites and how to get to them. There was so much and so little time, I only got to see about a third of the stuff he recommended but I was incredibly impressed with how above-and-beyond he went to provide us with this information. I’m already home in Texas and I kept all his printouts for the next trip to the Washington and the PNW.
I’ve included pictures of the print outs with the visible instructions John wrote in case anyone wants to take any of his recommendations into consideration.
Very pleased with our stay here. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Spacious room. Very comfy bed. Continental breakfast has a large dining area with the usuals, including hot oatmeal, waffles, biscuits, and pastries, etc. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We were there while our home was being repaired, for two months! The rooms were immaculate and well appointed; we had two queen beds, a desk, a large TV that we didn't use, along with the standard microwave and tiny refrigerator. It's amazing how one
