Ridiculous just how lovely this park and the Emerald Necklace trail system is while located right in the middle of a major metropolitan city. The paths are well designed, kept very clean and super photogenic in low autumn sunshine. Truly lovely. Great for walkers, runners, dogs and cyclists. Highly recommend.
I love everything about this beautiful paradise, hidden away from the nasty rat race I deal with every day . People are really getting distracted from what really matters out there. Technology is not the answer. Mother Earth and her many wonderful woodlands and oceans provide more than enough for us , meaning people. It's disgusting watching how selfish and narrow minded we have become. I stopped looking at pointless social media fakeness post , and also canceled my cable provider. I'm starting to realize now that the media will be the end of civilization and possibly humanity. I'm not preaching or trying to convince anyone I'm right, but just try to stop caring about tv and cell phones. It helped me so much.
Running and dog walking through Olmsted Park is a dream. It connects to the others parks that make up the emerald necklace and includes paved and unpaved trails. The best time to visit in the fall when the leaves start changing. Hardly a need to leave the city to enjoy the foliage when Olmsted is your backyard!
A lovely park with a walking trail and a pond. There were a lot of geese and ducks. A beautifully tranquil nature spot right in the heart of the city. You can find nearby granite stairs tucked away throughout the park. The trails are only for hiking, and dogs are welcome. Mountain biking is prohibited. It is about a 20-minute walk to Jamaica Pond, so you can see both sights in one day. I would not recommend walking at night because there are no lights.
Beautiful outdoor space to bike ride, walk and take your dog. I highly recommend visiting this area and enjoy the scenery and the beautiful architecture of the surrounding homes
Wonderful nature hike around Wards Pond. You forget that you are in the city. There are near granite stairs tucked around the park that you can discover. Trails are for hiking only and dogs are welcome. Mountain biking is prohibited.
This is our favorite part of JP. The trails are beautiful, easy for anyone to do, but diverse enough to keep things interesting even after we've come here nearly every day for the last 5 months. Lots of dogs come here and the majority are friendly, but please be aware that some are not, so your recall with your dog(s) needs to be extremely well to be safe--otherwise, just leash them. It is our favorite spot any time of the year!
Lovely park. There are swans on the lake, and plenty of geese. Great place to take your kids or dog. Watch out for muddy pathways after rainy weather though!
What a cute area with an even more amazing story of its creation. Itâs so impressive how well this park was thought out with children at the center of its design. I wish more states dedicated space to kids like Boston does because this park gave my

It is a nice place to spend with children. Visit is educative for children. The decorations are beautiful. The animals are healthy and active. Children enjoy seeing the 15 ft Giraffe, 42 hear old chimpanzee, lion,o zebras, etc. Getting parking nearer
My children love coming to this park. It's usually clean, but I bring a pair of gloves just in case there is any trash on the playground that needs some discarding. The sprinkler feature is a definite fav. I'd recommend it.
This park is designed in a naturalistic style with paved walking trails, small sports venues, and jurisdiction falling under the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Commission, Dorchester Park. However, it is not recognized as belonging to the Emeral
Iâve been taking my Husky puppy to Peters Park since he was 3.5 months old. Itâs in South End on Washington St and itâs a medium sized fenced park (not a huge space for doggos to run and get tired but they can chase & run, fetch the ball and pl

I never thought I'd enjoy rowing, especially in a class workout setting since I love working out by myself and doing my own thing. But this has been such a pleasant surprise and I love it!! The instructors are great (all women, woo!) and it's been so

Very clean and fully stocked gym with stuff for CrossFit, weightlifters and boxers. The staff there are also very helpful and pleasant, loved interacting with them. Iâll stay at Boston Park Plaza again just so that I can use them.
I was looking online for a local cooking class to gift my boyfriend, and I came across cozy meals. He is gluten-free, and I was able to find a chocolate tutorial class with chef Lisa. I am so glad I purchased this class! Lisa was very responsive pr
Iâm glad to have read the history behind this place and then visit. It makes it more worthwhile. At the MGH main entrance ask for directions. Do note you are only allowed to visit if there are no reservations.
Creative breakfast sandwich option in North End. With most of the breakfast options in North End being the usual American diner fare, Sunny Girl brings a breadth of fresh air to the neighborhoodâs breakfast offerings. I recently took a visit to tr
