Ollivander's Wand Shop - Souvenir store in Orlando - 6000 Universal Blvd, USA

It was a magnificent experience. I had the opportunity to buy my first magic wand. I must say: It was a difficult decision because there were too many options. Once you have the wand you can do spells inside Diagon Alley. The store has an incredible decoration. Each one has the information of what its core is made of, the designs are varied and impressive. The work team is friendly and they can help you to find your ideal wand. There are some limited edition, but the prices are not too high compared to the regular ones. Also, if anything happens to your wand you can return it to the store and they will repair it. By the way, in each box there is a map of Diagon Alley with the locations where you can perform spells and other instructions.

My family and I took a walk over to see the show and we are glad we did. Both my children were picked to be a part of the show and be chosen by a wand. Of course we ended up purchasing both the wands that “chose” them because they would not part ways with them. We had intended to purchase interactive wands anyways so it was not a big deal but be careful if you plan to watch the show because if your child is picked…. they will not leave happy unless you buy the wand. I feel like the show was just of a way just to get kids to beg their parents to buy the wand to keep. Experience for the children was great and definitely a memorable one but the show kind of forced my hand a little.

So my daughter wand was scratched, the workers advised to go to the wand shop and they will fix it, got there they said that it was a older model and she can exchange it for 3 different t basic ones. My daughter didn’t like any picked a new one out and asked if it was possible for a discount she got a manager Danny, who just rudely said no! I asked to speak to his manager diary he wouldn’t give me his name then pretty sure he just made up and name , and said he was t there and no was i can reach him . Broke my daughter heart . Will never go there again and buyers beware when they say if damage will fix for free

A tiny wand shop with big personality and a crowd to match. Visited on 11/24/2019, there were so many wands, I didn't know which to get originally. There were many displays of wands from all characters that are mentioned in the books. Eventually, I settled on a double wand holder and a replica of Fleur Delacour's wand. It was so unforgettable and I can't wait to come back.

Overall a fun experience. Wish they didn’t wait so long to start the show. Also disappointing that they only select one person from each show for the personal experience.

My experience here was AMAZING! I came into the store and was looking for a wand. I was told by a girl she couldn’t fit one to my personality cause she was too busy and the store was too full. I am normally very mindful of this as I have worked in Retail a lot. Most of the staff were standing about and not doing to much so I was a little bummed and went to leave. ENTER ELLE. As I was leaving Elle was just finishing with a customer and so I asked her if there was someone that could help me and told her what I was told. She immediately dropped everything and came and helped me. Asked me questions about my personality came to me with 3 different wands to try out. SHE WAS SO KNOWLEDGABLE. It was a magical experience that I will forever cherish. She’s pays attention to all details. Thank you for the great experience, makes me rethink how I approach my customers back home. Elle needs to be managing or training all staff!!

Fabulously fantastic shoppe with magic wands for all ages! The staff here (Annette) was very helpful and attentive as well as careful to continue the experience for the younger patrons!

Line was quick but we got to watch the dragon breathe his 🔥. The wand ceremony was really cool. Staff was very helpful. Best part of our day today! Going and doing the interactive wand magic was soooooo fun!
