Ollie's Bargain Outlet - Discount store in Bayonet Point - 12110 U.S. Hwy 19, USA

This was a nice surprise. Loads of name brand and off brand items at huge huge discount. The one big shocker was they have hundreds of rugs of various sizes and they're very low priced. Rugs I would see at other places for $500+ were maybe $100 here. After Christmas they still had a huge variety of brands new toys like marvel and DC action figures and remote control drones, all fractions of the prices you find anywhere else.

They have a wide variety of products, including food, clothing, cleaning, grooming, books and more. The prices are usually very good, but you have to check out what yhey have because the stock changes over time. A great place for bargains and supplies though.

I had never been to an Ollie's store before, so I didn't know what to expect. Upon going inside, I was greeted by a fairly large reduced price book section. The book section actually had a rather diverse selection of topics and genre's. They had a lot of different departments, such as bedding, household, outdoors, small appliances, and other areas I probably forgot to list. They have a great cooking department, which is stocked with utensils and pot and pan sets, small appliances, and kitchen gadgets. Overall, I liked my shopping experience at Ollie's

Line was 5-6 people deep. Cashier called for help. A worker came up to him and then left and never came back to help reduce the line. We dropped our stuff and left.

Officially reviews at a level of MEH. It's pretty much the same store that it was years ago when I visited. But the bargains aren't as bargainy as they used to be. The flooring (they didn't have enough of any single kind to do anything except maybe a small bathroom. That's a strong maybe) actually costs more than it does at the flooring store right up 19. The scents for all of the men's body washes and shampoos are there because no one in their right mind would bathe with it. On the other hand, they have a pretty good deal on super bright LED lights that replace standard bulbs. They have, for $10-$14, the same ones that Lowe's has for $20-$40. They also have a decent markdown on some books available.

Great deals on most items. But do make sure it is good quality- as have had a few things not working when taken home in the past.

Purchased the advertised $5.99 Christmas Stockings for ages 3+ Very disappointing to take a closer look at the stockings and see they were stuffed with coloring books etc., with Walmart price stickers on them. So, in the process of taking the items out of the plastic stockings and organizing the items for grandchildren and blocking out price tags, one of the stockings had a “Smurfs, the Lost Village” coloring book with a Huge “Return” sticker on the back of the coloring book. Very Tacky!!!! Of course in the attempt to slowly remove the “Return” sticker parts of the coloring book were torn. So, that coloring book won’t be given as a gift. Bargain Outlet is one thing, but re-packaging a Returned item as New and leaving the Return Sticker on the item, is Ridiculous!!!! Should we decide to shop at Ollie’s again, we look definitely check out items thoroughly before buying. This was a “Buyer Beware” situation for us.

Every time I visit this place, I promise myself I won't make a purchase... Just checking out what they have..., yet I consistently walk out with multiple bags in hand. It's almost magical how they stock items you never knew you wanted or needed – and always at a discount. It's a shopping experience you must try for yourself. Trust me, it's highly unlikely you'll leave without a find. Strongly recommend giving it a go. 5/5!
