On the menu it says that whipped cream and pecans will be added to the crepes. I ordered strawberry crepes and they did not add the whipped cream or the pecans. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. When customers order takeout, they may not have time to "check their order" before leaving the restaurant. Most times we trust (and we should be able to trust) that the customer service team is doing their job ACCURATELY AND EFFICIENTLY. And as a paying customer we should receive EXACTLY what the MENU states, NOTHING LESS. It is a TERRIBLE REFLECTION on a restaurant when a customers' order is not right. "Good Customer Service " encompasses a whole lot more than just greeting the customer when they walk in. A huge part of good customer service is also ensuring accuracy with orders.

This was my first time at Olivia's so prior to going I did read all of the reviews which made me a little nervous to be honest. However, these 1 star reviews couldn't be more wrong! You walk in and are greeted by one of the friendly staff members and we were taken to our table immediately which was great because I was starving lol! I looked around while being taken to my seat, I noticed how clean and orderly the establishment was. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. She took our order and our food was out within 20-25 mins or so. My cousins had the porkchops (fried pork chops were off the chain! SO GOOD!) and I had the the eggs with hash browns and sausage. The sausage was a little burnt for my liking, but the flavor was still pretty good. We also ordered some pancakes and a side of plain crepes. All were super tasty. Also, can I mention the tunes they were playing?! Seriously, if they were able to sell liquor I would have stayed there another 2 hours! Such a great vibe! As I mentioned previously, staff was super friendly and there was no sign of any of the staff members/management being rude or racist. All in all, I would totally recommend Olivia's!

I love breakfast!! And this place did not disappoint. From the moment we were greeted to our server who was awesome. Place was pretty busy and we still felt we were being checked on. Let me add that the background music is a vibe. I ordered pork chops and they gave me the choice of grilled or fried or one of each. I picked one of each!! When I tell you the chop was juicy and so flavorful. The fried chop had a thin coating crust which was just perfect. The potatoes were fresh and tasty. The meal came with your choice of toast, fruit or pancakes I believe. I chose the pancakes and they were delish!! Do yourself a favor and go get some good tasty breakfast you won’t regret

Someone told me of this restaurant 😩 This was the worst ever! I was seated at the table, I sat there for 15 minutes before I got up and ask was a server in that section, the young lady standing there said it's me I had to go to the Bathroom so I went back to my table still waiting for another few moments before she came, no introduction no name no nothing !!! I should have left then but me friend warned me of the horrible servers but the food was good. Long story short The Breakfast was horrible my order was wrong and wasn't cook as I ask, NO I DIDN'T EAT IT, just the toast and sausage 🤬 I was charged for something I didn't ask for when I told the cashier she was so rude about it I told her to go look at the plate. I guess she was mad that She was wrong and I called her out on it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE OF RUDE NO COOKING PEOPLE AGAIN 😡 TRY IT FOR YOURSELVES ✌️

Don’t come here often but when i do , I’m getting that waffle 🧇 combo with them good cheesy eggs. Server was very pleasant. Food was fast and fresh. Noisy level was just right. The prices are just right. Me and my baby girl had breakfast and it’s was just $21 buck.

This was my first time here and I will definitely dine here again. It's a nice and clean establishment with good food. I ordered the Eggs with ham off the bone, potatoes and wheat pancakes. My friend ordered everything a la carte and her portions were larger than mine.

I'm not sure what happened here. Prior to the C-19 shutdown, we use to go mostly every Sunday for breakfast. This was my first time back there since then. There is a noticeable change. Maybe a different owner, I dont know. I didn't want pancakes and had to struggle to find something else on the menu. I decided on a sausage skillet without eggs. My food was cold and bland and the red potatoes were under cooked. Also, I asked for a diet pepsi or coke and was told they didn't sell any diet drinks. I had to settle for coffee. The service was good and my husband said his pancakes were just ok. Maybe it's me but there is something different about this place besides the food and menu choices. I was disappointed and left hungry because I only ate the few sausages that was in the skillet.

This spot is so underrated, great service with a smile! Food was hot and fresh and received in a timely manner. Try the chicken and waffles, you see it! Next time trying the Salmon cakes🤤 Definitely checkout Olivia’s !
