Definitely one of those places to stay at if you are paying by the hour or if you can't spare any extra Penny any kind of way and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone other than a single person or a couple no kids or family type of environment just because the place looked dingy dirty moisture besides that I don't know actually stay there me and my boyfriend and run down and needed a lot of work I just keep thinking about don't take your shoes off anywhere around that place but on a serious note I normally wouldn't care but like I said we were telling a vehicle and we desperately needed something to drink so I went to the Judy well with or what look like with lit up Coke machine and put a $1.50 in and what do you know no Coke go inside and ask the guy for my money back and he says he doesn't have any money to refund me the $1.50 even though the machine looked like it was working and also it didn't have it out of order sign at all. Wish I could tell you price and all that but it definitely was for someone on a budget probably one of the cheaperso even though it looks like a place that may have a couple creeps running around I did not get that feeling from the people that I saw staying there they were more than happy to help if we ask or even offer a hand without us asking . BC it took us over 3 hours to get this vehicle on our trailer..
Olivia inn is where all the crackheads go my family and I was there and we had to leave because our dogs were barking. The water it stinks, then they complain about the towels but they never mop the floors so when you go to wipe the floor with the towels the floor is dirty so how do you expect the towels not to be dirty the hotel needs to be shut down the people is rude and raises their voice in your face and stuff.
Hung up in my face told
Me goodbye didn’t even give me a chance to speak!!! So whoever runs front desk needs to be told about that or change someone else I didn’t not like that man and didn’t even know me. You should’ve heard the disrespect on that phone!!!
Kinda damp and sketchy honestly but they have a lock on the door. But what I don’t like is the cleaning people go in your room no matter what and seem to dig around in your stuff and be nosey. Not the best place but is very cheap if you need a quick hide away for a few days.
We had an ok experience. I'd stay here again. The rooms were nice. Newly renovated. The price was well worth it. $50 for a single and $60 for a double. There's a $5 key deposit that you get back when you check out. There was no breakfast when we checked out and I had to wait and knock for awhile before someone opened the office to check us out. I thought it was odd that when I checked out the desk clerk went to our rooms to make sure we didn't damage anything. It makes sense when you see some of the clientele staying there. The water had a heavy rust component and had an odor. They had the water softener turned up a little too high.
For a super-low-price hotel, this place is not bad. I stayed here for one night in Feb. 2020 during Mardi Gras, and my friends stayed in another room at the Olivia for 3 nights. Normally I stay in Super 8 motels or Hampton Inns, costing $75 to $120 per night. But on this trip, our group wanted cheaper accommodations. We paid about $55 for a room with one bed, and $65 for a room with 2 beds. We slept well and we felt the place was okay. No free breakfast, but Waffle House is across the street and other restaurants and convenience stores are adjacent. This hotel does not attract a classy crowd or an upscale clientele. But we did not feel scared or threatened, and for us, it worked, and it served its purpose. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately you need their help just to unlock the 2nd lock on the door to the room, upon first arrival. My room smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived, but I opened the window and later, there was no noticeable odor. I would not stay here again in the future, unless I was with these same friends again, needing a cheaper place to stay.
This is one of the worse places I have ever seen. The room smelled like smoke. The bed had burn holes all over the head board. The sheets and comforter had burn holes, plus a ton of makeup stains. When I refused to stay I was charged $50 because I used the toilet. The owner was very rude and never apologized once she just wanted her $50 cause they had to clean the toilet again.
This has GOT to be the worst hotel in the world. No room cleaning unless you've been there a week. Sparse furniture, thread-bare sheets and towels. I had to stay there because of Hurricane Ida as my home had no power. I couldn't wait to leave when my home's power was restored. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star
Bought a gift certificate online for my son. Process was extremely easy. Son called a week later to setup his jump and got the appointment time he wanted.
When we arrived at the airport, we were immediately greeted by an awesome staff! Everyone was v
