Place was so gross when we checked in the only thing nice was that the beds were made but even then, the sheets had stains, windows were broken, holes in couches, and the floors had chip crumbs (literal hot Cheetos) on the ground. We all wore shoes in there because of how dirty the floors were! The wall next to the shower was leaking it was a horrible experience. We were in the 3 bed sweet and it was disgusting!
Staff super friendly. Great location to downtown without being in the middle of everything easy walking distance. Room was great. Got a suite for not much more had a living room and bedroom and private balcony with great view. Older hotel but in great shape clean and the towels were even soft. I’d definitely stay again.
My family of 5 got the suit for several days, it had to be the grossest place I had ever stayed. The floors have probably never seen a mop once in their lives. There were bugs behind the curtains, the entire place was dusty, and you could tell the sheets had not been changed or washed. There was debris, used napkins and hair in the queen size bed and hair inside the king size bed. The couch had questionable stains on it, and reeked. We had to put our own blankets on it to just sit together. No one came to service our rooms, and the one time someone asked if we needed anything, they just brought towels from the room next door which had visible ashes on them. Never again.
Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! Me and my 2 other friends were trying to book a room and the 1 male worker accused my friend of not being 18+ and questioned him in a very sickening attitude. And there was only one person in front of us and we were waiting for like 30 minutes like be fr. Then another lady worker came when it was our turn and we asked them the price for just one night and the price literally blew our minds and the hotel is literally not even all that. And then they just gave us a disgusted attitude and we were like ok thank you and have a good day, then they just looked at each other and didn’t say anything back. So we left to go to the another hotel with how dissatisfied and disappointed we all were. Sleeping outside is better than staying at this hotel in my opinion. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.
A property that is just above "run-down". The room I had smelled like someone had recently smoked in it. Soap was that kind in a small wrapper that isn't actually soap but rather just sticks to you. Cleanliness was pretty low across the board, hairs here and there - floor not really cleaned. The employees at the desk don't really seem to want to help, not sure why they are in the hospitality industry. Price was ok for a holiday period so I guess you get what you pay for.
My honest advice is skip this place altogether, you can definitely find better. If you still want to go, go prepared. Things youll need. -A Swiffer -Lysol wipes -Drain cleaner/Disposal deodorizer/Plink etc. -Bring your own sheets -Food that doesn’t need to be stored or prepared. If youre looking for details: -The dirtiest hotel and grimiest floors i’ve ever walked on, after we got to the hotel i did some unpacking and taking care of the family, and when i finally sat down to take my sock off I had a very black spot on my foot a little bigger than a quarter. I had a very frayed part of my sock just beneath my toes, so while i was walking around the room for maybe 45 minutes, it was dirty enough to blacken the one exposed part of my foot. we went to target to get lysol wipes and spray and hit every surface in the room that night, went through almost an entire bottle of wipes. This place had never been cleaned before, i fully believe it gets wiped with a dry rag and swept in between uses, but it’s never seen a wet wipe, disinfectant or a swiffer. -Wifi, not the biggest problem, but the wifi is set up in the main office, so the further you are from the office the worse the reception gets. the wifi doesn’t even make it to our building, i have t-mobile and the reception was generally not the worst. -THE KITCHEN… Oh boy, the kitchen. The stove was falling apart, literally had pieces of the burner smashed off, i wouldn’t risk using it. The fridge and microwave were grimy and unclean, the kind where you place something in the fridge and stuff is sticking to it when you pick it up. possibly the worst offense, the disposal…. i guess the last people there left milk in the fridge and the staff dumped it down the drain, or maybe the guests did, i don’t know, but nobody ran it afterwards, so there was a rotting milk smell EMANATING from the sink, it was so rancid and foul my mother-in-law almost puked when she discovered it. -Beds are very uncomfortable VERY loud spring mattresses. My wife has trouble falling asleep normally, and any time either of us moved it was comically loud. The air conditioners are also insanely loud. they sound like the outdoor units that power central cooling, but they’re not outside, they’re 2 feet from your face. AC and spring bed combination making her unable to fall asleep for long periods of time. All three of our carbon monoxide detectors would make a deafening chirp every 20-30 seconds. You know like the noise the rubber on your sneakers makes on an indoor basketball court or school gymnasium? and they weren’t in tune, so it felt like every 5 seconds one would go off. the guy came in and removed 2 out of the 3 for us, and then left with them, we thought he was getting batteries for them but he was gone for half an hour so we called and i guess he never planned to come back, so he finally did… just to take our last detector. nightmare of a room, wife and i will never go again
These rooms need alot of work. It’s like staying in a room worse that a motel 6. There were holes in the walls and one of the lamps next to the bed had wires spliced together and was a huge fire hazard. Terrible room for the price. We had 2 pillows each and I still had to use my jacket and robe.
Positive: It's quiet, clean, and I love staying there because they let me stay in the room of my choice. Negative: Y yes, the only thing I didn't like about staying here was that I got charged a $10 resort fee, and it's not even a resort. I'm already paying to stay there why do they got to charge $10 extra for something I didn't get? Where's the weight room & casino? Negative: ""
