So thankful a friend recommended old town bakery! I waited a little too late to get a cake, and no one was able to help me except this bakery. The communication was great and the staff was friendly. I specified the style of cake I needed, and they delivered! Thank you so much! You now have a return customer! Honestly I don't think the picture does this cake any justice.

I've gotten my baked goods from here on several occasions. I just recently ordered a coconut creme layered cake mixed with lemon and pineapple when I don't feel like baking it o order from them.They've not disappointed me , always given them 🌟🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 fa their great customer service and their baked goods. Originally stopped by to get a mini king cake, however they were out 🙄 so I tried a strawberry tart with whipped cream on top, talk about 😋 yum! Loved the friendly fast service and the unique old time like atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try more next time I'm in town 😉
Ordered a cake for a wedding shower. Stopped by to pick it up. Cake was great. Lemon cake with light pink icing. Only problem was my 5 year old had to go to the restroom. They would not allow her to use the restroom there. Said we could go down the street to another place. Had to walk in the rain for her to use the bathroom. You would think if you just spent $70 on a cake, my child could use the restroom. Again, cake was good. Service was frustrating!
The cupcakes we're so good. Strawberry with preserve filling and cream chz icing and carrot cake with whipped frosting. Also got 2 dozen wedding cake cookies. They were amazing.
BUT the customer service was terrible. I placed the order a month in advance with a Saturday 445pm pick up time. We were right on time. Lady that helped us was extremely rude. Made us feel like we totally inconvenienced her with our pick up time.
My 12 year old even pointed out how rude she was when we loaded up. Not very good people skills at all. Will definitely take our business and money elsewhere next time. :/
