Came for a Mother/Daughter Baby Moon. We were in the Palm Room, it was lovely and comfortable. Great AC and high quality toiletries. The staff were helpful and always available. The grounds are immaculate and no pesky mosquitos. We enjoyed an incredible breakfast outdoors with the resident cat and a visiting rooster! So easy to walk everywhere. I would recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a quintessential KW stay.
PERFECT!!! This was our second time here and we enjoyed it very much! The staff was very friendly our room was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable! They serve a nice complimentary breakfast and the grounds were nice as well. Very close to Duval street where you spend most of your time shopping and restaurants along with Malory square. The parking garage is a bit of a walk but we were able to unpack our car and load up the car right in front of the door which was nice and convenient. It pays to get the parking pass for garage at I believe it was $15 if not you pay the street meter I was told $4 an hour We love it here I am sure you will like it as well. They also allowed our little poodle. Pet friendly ❤️
Such a cute little house! Gave me the old fashion Manor house feel for sure. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the parking distance. It took us 13 minutes to walk back to the manor. Other than that, everything else was nearby. Beaches, Duval Street, downtown, museums...etc. The main entrance door to the house was pretty narrow. So, if you have extra love cushion, you may have to hold it in a bit to squeeze in the main house 😅. Breakfast was delicious. I was surprised that they trust people operating a waffle maker. I made myself one for myself, and it was delicious. There were syrup options as well. The owners of the house were super friendly and kind. There's an adorable house cat named Doc that likes to hang around people. Also, during the day and night, they prep naturally flavored water in the main house hallway (like blueberry, strawberry lemonade or sparkling water with lemon lime...etc). We had a very cozy bedroom studio and it was all very clean. My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay here! 🥰
Cool way to stay in Key West old town only 50 yards from Duval Street. Lovely accommodation and breakfast. Was able to park on the driveway (for extra payment). Rooms were nice and the people on the desk welcoming. Doc the Cat was a highlight..!!
We stayed one night in the limetree room. Check in and out were so easy. We dropped our bags off a little early and they texted us when our room was ready. Our bags were in the room when we got there. The room itself was perfect spot to recoup from Duval before we flew home. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom with the tree was very neat and made for a memorable experience.
Great place to spend a weekend getaway. Rooms perfectly equipped with everything you need - comfortable bed, freezing cold A/C, tv with cable, clean bathrooms, iron, fridge. Continental breakfast provided and did not disappoint. Lemonade and flavored water in lobby always available for guest. Friendly and informative staff with great recommendations. Hassle free parking at nearby parking garage. And the best part is, Doc the BnB cat. Can’t wait to return!
Great location, could walk everywhere, great staff. Rooms were very comfortable, beds were super comfortable . Pretty , well kept grounds. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was nice every day. Nice to have staff there all the time. 😀

Perfect location from downtown Key West and Duval Street. But it's so quiet and feels secluded you wouldn't even know you were in downtown. The grounds were beautiful as we walked to our private second-floor cottage.

The staff, Niall and Ted were very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are coming for a vacation or getaway to Key West!
The only problem is.. We need a little warning when they plan to clean like cutting a tree in front of our second-floor patio.
