Old Town Fitness - Gym in Key West - 1010 Truman Ave, USA

This is a great old school gym. Nothing fancy, no air conditioning, but all the equipment you need for an intense workout. The members are all serious, though they don’t all look like Arnold so no need to be intimidated. The members are friendly and always happy to give you a spot or a liftoff. Just don’t expect a lot of chit chat. People come here to train hard. There’s plenty of sweat. People care more about training than gym fashion, so there are always a few guys without a shirt.

Fyi - 25 usd for a day pass. Well equipped gym. Dumbbells up to 120 lbs. Best gym for body builders in KW.

Seriously fabulous old-school gym. If you like to work out in a pristine gym with equipment that's never been used by people who dont even sweat- this is NOT the place for you, lol. The 5 stars are for history, ambience, people and workout environment. It has all the equipment and I worked out harder here than at our renovated gym back home. I seriously loved it! The owner and staff were great; if we lived here this would be our gym.😊

This place is historic and beautiful! If you are looking for plush and fancy gym with AC go somewhere else. This is a no BS, hardcore gym.

“A real gym”. I love these places, They remind me of Muscle beach, or what golds used to be, This name is a true definition, Old town fitness, even though id wish it was “old time fitness”. Here you wont find every squat rack with a person doing more selfies then actual reps, your going to see sweat on the floor, people getting after it, dust, cob webs, and my favorite part.. Clanking weights with years of history on them. This place accelerated my workout from my normal planet boring fitness routines every day, It was somewhere I wanted to go the minute I woke up. They also have equipment that fits LARGE TALL men and women, this is hard to find. I hope this place never changes, Glad these gyms still exist. Thanks OTF -7 foot guy with tattoos.

Loved it here. It’s a throwback to old school gyms I remember as a kid. It’s well stocked with bars, racks, a rig, a couple dozen machines and cardio equipment. Staff was helpful and friendly. Music was loud (in a good way) and played a mix of rock music.

Amazing true old school lifting gym. Good old rusty iron, dust and rock music. Also a medium weight punching bag is available ☝️ Love it, thank you!

First gym I’ve walked into where no one is on their phone. Very welcoming, nice breeze, and great music. I now go to the gym more days per week on vacation than I do at home.
