Old Ranch Inn - Hotel in Palm Springs - 220 S Patencio Rd, USA

We had a wonderful two days seeing the town and sights. Our room was clean and quiet. One morning we took the Inn's bikes to breakfast and a tour of old Palm Springs. The pool in January was 86deg. and so relaxing. It was such a short walk to the shops and restaurants. If we come back it will be here.

I cannot recommend this inn enough. The owners truly went above and beyond to make this place absolutely perfect for their guests. The rooms and the grounds are extremely clean. The beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are soft, the decor is charming. The pool and lounge areas are fully stocked with fresh towels, sunscreen, rafts, water and ice. You can relax by the pool with views of the mountain while a fountain babbles in the distance. At night, unwind by the fire pit with a glass of wine. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. You are just a 5 minute walk to downtown! There are even bikes on the premises for your use. I have stayed here twice and will continue to stay here when I visit Palm Springs—it’s just the best.

We spent four days here in first week of the year. It was a fantastic opportunity to reset ourselves after a very active year. When we arrived, everything was ready for us, even our own off-street parking.||It was a colder time, with night temps in the low forties and daytime temps in the high sixties. We never used the AC, but the heat pump kept us warm and in the evening the gas fireplace was a soothing supplement.||The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, we could keep yogurt in the frig, make coffee, and some granola and not have to go searching for breakfast. ||Lunch and dinner can be found a short walk 3 blocks to the east in the old town, so lots of things to sample and after margaritas no driving needed, just come back, settle in and watch the fireplace. ||In the daytime we would drive to one of the canyons walk along streams, sheltered by palms and cottonwoods. When we returned, we could soak some sun on the south side of the buildings and use the pool, though briefly.||At night it was perfectly quiet even though our unit faced the street. It really is a residential neighborhood, no through traffic.||After our stay even a three-hour delay at the airport was no longer a crisis.||Truely wonderful refuge.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is small and private, is in a quiet location but is only a few minutes walk from the main downtown area with all the shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious with a small kitchenette and a large bathroom. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. I appreciated that the hotel didn't add on additional fees like many other area. hotels do ( no "resort" fee and parking was free). We e definitely would stay here again.

I cannot express how much this little inn contributed to the amazing vacation my boyfriend and I had Thanksgiving break 2023. The room was so cozy and the location was perfect. I loved the contactless check in, I wish more places had this. All the details of the room were perfect, from the Christmas decorations to the ice tongs. We actually cancelled a trip to Vegas to come back here. Thank you for the amazing accommodations, this is truly our favorite place to vacation. Old Ranch Inn of Palm Springs has completely won our hearts.

It's all been said before by other reviewers. This is an amazing, small, boutique inn/motel. Only 8 rooms, so very quiet. The room was gorgeous, beautifully furnished, welcoming cold drinks in the fridge on arrival. The pool is beautiful and welcoming (it was hot) and we used the tables and chairs around the pool for breakfast and evening drinks. Only a few small blocks to walk to the main street of Palm Springs.|We recommend the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The views are amazing and its quite a ride up!|The owners were very responsive to my booking questions. We met one of them and he was super helpful. 100% recommend.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms, quiet and peaceful place to stay. Located within easy walking distance to the main street in Palm Springs. Large, classy well air conditioned rooms with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Easy check in instructions provided before arrival. Would highly recommend. Sad we were only staying for one night.

Spotlessly clean, decent sized, comfortable room. Love the home touches. Very relaxing. Beautiful pool area. Enjoyed a quiet evening swim. Wish we were staying here for our entire time. Nice, short walk to the main drag for restaurants and shops.
