This was just what we needed to regroup as a couple after a busy start to the school year. We loved how clean and beautiful our cottage was, particularly enjoyed the large relaxing shower. The bed was superbly comfortable as well. It was chilly but the hot tub hit the spot one peaceful afternoon. We also loved how we could walk anywhere for lunch/dinner/shopping. We enjoyed hiking in a nearby state park with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan. Would love to come again with our kids!
We hosted our friends and family for our wedding at OPC and had an incredible experience. The cottages are all recently renovated and absolutely immaculate. The grounds are very well kept and have fire pits, badminton, and grills for guests to use. Birdie and her team were amazing - they kept the common spaces extremely clean and were so accommodating to our guests. I'd highly recommend OPC to anybody visiting Saugatuck - 10/10 experience!
Excellent place to stay with exceptional service! We went with a wedding party that rented out all the cottages on the property. It was amazing to be in one place together celebrating all weekend. Walking distance to town, docks for a boat, short drive to the beach, and so many amenities on site. Birdie is a busy body constantly tending to something. We were so impressed with her work ethic and how wonderful the Old Pike Cottages are. We'll be back!
The cottages overlook the water with a warm inviting comfortable setting. Clean, safe and friendly! We love the pool and hot tub . The staff is wonderful and attentive. The communal areas are wonderful with morning coffee and breakfast treats , BBQ areas are a perfect setting next to the pool to enjoy lunch and the fire pits in the evening with tea or coffee provided is extra special!
I just stayed at OPC for the 3rd time in the only 1 bedroom cottage with a huge screened in porch and it was fabulous! The best part of our vacation besides seeing my hubbies family, was getting to know all the other families staying in the other 6 cottages that have 2 bedrooms! Everyone was so nice, happy and excited to be on vacation. We enjoyed relaxing and cooking on the top of line grills, while enjoying the gorgeous surroundings and the beautiful pool everyday! Nothing better than this place! Oh …one more thing, the staff along with Birdie the manager, are outstanding as they greet you everyday, ask you if you need anything and actually get to know you! I feel like this place is my home away from home! Thank you to Birdie and Staff for making us feel like you are our family! ❤️
This charming property was PERFECTLY situated in the delightfully artsy town of Saugatuck. Located along the Kalamazoo River, our immaculate one-bedroom cottage allowed my husband to fish from the dock while I soaked in the beautiful view. The picturesque marina and the friendly town were easily within walking distance; we strolled down to markets, restaurants, and galleries multiple times every day. Upscale yet relaxed, our Old Pike cottage was the perfect home base for exploring the area: we enjoyed a sunset cruise on the Serentiy, an outing on the retro boats, kayaking, hiking up Mount Baldy, and ambling along area shores and beaches. OPC has much to offer all kinds of vacationers. Although we were traveling as a couple, we noticed families with small children seemed to really enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and the swimming pool. If you are headed to this area, this property is definitely worth a look!
We had 2 cottages for our family of 6. They had everything we needed. We especially loved the screened in porches overlooking Lake Kalamazoo, the s’mores pits and the s’mores kits conveniently available for purchase. The walk into town for restaurants was pretty flat, and pleasant. The swimming pool was perfect for young kids. Great location! Obviously a lot of thought went into the planning of this resort. We expect to return.
This was our first time at Old Pike Cottages and it was perfect for our family. Our sons (4 and 1) loved the pool, docks, and fire pits around the property. The gathering house and grill area were great options when our kids didn’t want to eat in the cottage, too. The cottage itself was updated, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. Our toddler had his own room, and our 1 year old slept in our travel crib in our room. The walk into town was less than 10 minutes and the drive to Oval beach was about 6 minutes. The staff were so accommodating as well. Our Instacart delivery arrived early and they took care of it for us. As well as replacing towels when we needed it. Our 4 year old was extremely sad leaving this morning, but we told him we’ll be back next year!

Nothing better then walking the beach with your loved one. Take your time to explore some of the wooded trails for more secluded hiking. The beach was clean and sunsets are amazing!
First time to saugatuck. Walked and shopped The staff here was so fun and nice. They take such pride in this adorable treasure. There are so many cute and absolutely hilarious things here I could NOT stop laughing. A+ must see!
We had an absolute blast on the dune ride with our driver Paul! Not only did he navigate the dunes expertly, but his knowledge of the area was impressive, and he answered all our questions with enthusiasm. He had a great sense of humor, and his corny
Whoa. This place has some fantastic steaks. Also, please order the au gratin potatoes. They were so darn good.
Food was top notch and service was excellent. The location is pretty small and it is reservation only. Will definitely come back again. 10
Wonderful studio with all sorts terrific options at a variety of price points. Overall much more affordable than I was expecting so weâve now got several Amazwi pieces around our house.

Didn't have food. Draft beer. Dark and woody decor in the style of worn formica from 50's. Why do I love this place? BTW best jukebox Playlist ever! If you love beer, hot dogs, and bluesy rock music this is your place.
Cute place for something quick. Variety of grilled cheese or you can create your own. There are some picnic tables to eat at. Reasonable prices and gluten free options. Highly recommend. Glad I was able to get there before they closed for the season.
I got the Lake Perch Basket. It was very good, not oily at all, very light and tasty batter. The rest of the sides were delicious also. My wife got the pork ribeye. Wow ! So tender and juicy. And full of flavor. The server (Em) was great. All in all,
