My wife and I visited and had a pleasant stay. The location is out of the way from the French Quarter crowd, but still very walkable. One of my favorite parts is the fragrance in the lobby and elevators, it’s very inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the rooms, lobby and restaurant/bar. We visited in 2019 and enjoyed these same features, which were pretty much unchanged. With that said, there was room for improvement, mostly in common areas like the hallways where the carpet was very stained and worn. The cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for the lack of updates/care in other areas. I would recommend for couples and singles.
Very cute vintage hotel with the friendliest staff. Clean and convenient. We had no complaints during our stay. They allowed us to check in early, which was great since we had an early flight. We were able to watch the parade right in front of the hotel. Definitely would stay again.
Fantastic hotel!!! Highly recommend staying at this super fabulous boutique hotel. Room was spotless and had everything I needed and very quiet. I slept great no noise. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the bartender was very friendly and helpful with my food and wine selections. Staff is nice and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again??
Good downtown location. Close to bourbon street, Mississippi River, restaurants, stores, and tattoo shop! Free parking is available 2 blocks away. If u extend your stay, make sure they extend your parking privileges or you'll end up with a boot on your tire! Lobby, waiting area, and indoor restaurant were nice. Hallway carpets and walls could use some renovation. Rooms were nice. Love the furniture in the rooms! Room 329 was loud. U can hear everyone all around u.
The most comfortable bed ever! The Old 77 is in a quieter part of New Orleans but still close to all. The hotel has a nice feel to it: wooden floors, quirky details, modern bathroom. In walking distance to nice coffee shops, restaurants and art galleries. Great staff, loved my stay here! Hope to return one day..,
Overall vibe of the hotel is awesome. Pros include well stocked mini bar an snack in the room that are reasonably priced compared to other hotel, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. Cons, very thin walls and very simple room but I guess that goes with the overall theme. Great hotel to bring your significant other or current fatal attraction.. very intimate vibe.
Had a great time - awesome ambiance, food and staff. Highly recommend it to anyone passing through New Orleans. The restaurant was fantastic - get the curried goat, and great location as well - easy access to some cool parts of town. This was my first time in NOLA and will definitely stay at the Old No. 77 when I come back!
Pros: Extremely friendly staff. They are soso kind. Good location, kind of tucked away from the noise on Bourbon Street. About 20 minute walk from there. Big rooms if you upgrade to premium. Most comfortable bed ever. Nice Lobby. Great shower.
Cons: Paper thin walls. Loose floorboards. Could hear everyone in rooms and halls. The coffee situation was weird. There's no coffee in rooms or lobby anytime you want it. There's a coffee bar, for purchase, with limited hours and no earlier than 7:30am. The restaurant and bar are the same. Not open till 5:30pm and close early.

This is the cutest hotel. Our room was a lot bigger than we initially thought it would be. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our TV the first night. We had plans to explore during the day and then go to dinner at night
I cannot give this venue high enough praise. The venue is absolutely stunning and you can tell the owners care a lot about making it a great space. The staff was accommodating, helpful, gracious, and friendly.
The executive king room is amazing, like having our own apartment right in the heart of the French quarter. Very clean. Great hotel staff. Easy to walk everywhere. My only complaints would be the water pressure is non-existent, but I imagine with old

Excellent accommodations! Though basic and simple, the rooms are spacious, clean, and sufficient. The beds are very comfortable. A NICE amenity was the over-sized fridge in each room. Thereâs a microwave in the common area also. Convenient and safe
We loved everything about this place. Quirky, colorful, and historically old with tons of artwork everywhere. Lots of personality. Our room was super cute and we slept comfortably in the bed. We enjoyed hanging out on the private balcony.

AMAZING HOTEL!!! We stayed here in November of 2023. We had an awesome experience. The hotel is an old family home so there are only 19 rooms and it feels like you are staying in-house as opposed to a hotel. the rooms are very spacious, very clean an
