The room was absolutely disgusting. This is NOT best western regardless of the signs out front!!!!! We had stains all over our bed and the blankets. Our floor had stains all over it. Our room reeked of marijuana as soon as we opened the door. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on our bed but just a regular flat sheet, not even tucked in. Our towels had hair all over them, and one had stains like someone just used it. There was a dirty towel laying by the toilet that had been used and was still wet and had stains on it. The wood flooring when you walk in is all cracked. Our toilet wasn’t even sealed down. As soon as you get on it or off of it it tips to the side. No room service was provided at all. The only friendly staff member was a girl that was working. The rest didn’t even smile or look at you. They were too busy eating or on their cell phones. That was if they were in the front. Otherwise you hardly saw anyone. Our family members room had sand in their bathtub. Like not just a little bit but a whole pile of sand. Nothing was cleaned, I doubt they have cleaned for a long time. And I bet they reuse the blankets and they don’t get washed. We won’t be returning. Learn how to clean. This is a beautiful hotel on the outside and in the main entrance when you walk in other wise it’s gross. Don’t spend your money here.
I give this place a zero out of 5 stars. Besides the fact of how nasty the room was with stains on the sheets, floors, and in the tub, had bugs flying in my face, as soon as I sat on the chair started breaking out in red bumps, the room smelled of smoke, and for our 2 queen size room it was like we were in a closet. Brought the issues up to the front desk and told them we would be going else where to stay and inquired about a refund they told us we would get one but ended up being charged anyways, they are saying we stayed the whole time.
Check in was smooth and quick, the room itself was decent, but had a missing/broken towel bar and burned out light bulbs. Bed was better than I expected. Continental breakfast was a joke, coffee was served from a pump thermos, they served Little Debbie Swiss Rolls, sausage links and cold cereal. I would stay again only if it were the only option. I would pay quite a bit more to stay somewhere else.
This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life and I am 66 years old and I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime. The toilet had thick urine on it, the bed had dark stains that looked like blood stains that you could see through the sheets. The in- room hot tub was dirty. There was no remote for the TV and no buttons on it to operate it. We asked for a remote and it took them 5 hours to bring one to us. By then we were ready to sleep but that was difficult because the room AC was not cooling the room properly. After all that we decided to just leave without breakfast. If I could give it negative stars I would.
This room was absolutely disgusting. 200 + for a 2 night stay didn’t seem too bad. But the hotel itself is not sanitary. The staff is not helpful, they are very stingy with towels (not sure if they have a towel shortage or what) we didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that but what I can comment on was how dirty the room was. As soon as we entered the room there was a dirty towel at the entrance. We go to check out the bed & the pillows were stained. We didn’t find out til we were leaving that the pull out mattress couch was stained something awful. Blood stains , spill stains, mold stains I’m not sure. When we took the complaint to management they offered us a coupon, as if we would even come back a next time. Do yourself a favor and save your money.
Very disappointing! Once checked in we noticed the bathroom shower was dirty, had hair and grim from whoever was there before. There was a sticky stain and hair on the bed. We ended switching rooms. The next room also had stained sheets, and SMELLED unpleasant! This is not a great hotel. The front desk was communicated with about the issues and never once offered a discount for the multitude of inconveniences.
My bf and I stayed in a king room with a jacuzzi tub and it was not what we expected at all. Will never stay with this hotel again. The pictures of the room and jacuzzi made it look way more appealing than it was. The jacuzzi was dirty, the room smelled musty. The shower water took forever to get warm. The breakfast was not warm at all. The service was awful. I asked for some towels at like 8 and they told us that room service would come up at 10:30 so we had to push our plans back and then it was 10:50 still no towels! So we went down again and they then told us that they’ll be there at 11 and by then I was very frustrated bc we needed to shower and had no clean towels. Finally 45 minutes later they brought some. They ignored our request to cancel our second night even tho I would’ve paid! Lastly the Jacuzzi tub took over and hour to fill up each time so eventually we had to takes buckets just to get it filled up faster to enjoy at least the water was somewhat hot.
stayed here we enjoyed it. Elevator kind of creeped me out didn’t think the doors were going to open. The breakfast was good. It’s not scrambled eggs. It’s a over hard egg, which was fine but it was like rubber and the best part of all. If you have kids, they have a Roku TV.
We stayed here for a fun staycation experience and it was amazing! The decor and aesthetic is unmatched. Excellent attention to detail. Our room was spacious and very clean. The employees are kind; the bottled water at check-in is a nice touch. The l
